I used to go to this place 15 years ago when I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Armenia and occasionally we would splurge and have a nice cigar and a whiskey. They have a very nice upstairs that is very relaxing.

One and only place in city to get known cigars and pipe tobaccos. There are smoking bar, where you can rest and have a nice cigar with cup of coffee and drink. There are no parking near.
