I gave them my coat, suit trousers and 2 shirts. Outcome: Coat isn't properly cleaned, my trousers have stains... I had 2 small wine marks on them and wanted to clean it. They didn't manage to clean it in the first go. They could have stopped there and give them back. But they tried second time, used some stronger chemicals and I think they forgot about them, because now you can see the chemicals' stains on half of the leg. EDIT: It turned out whole situation was an employee mistake. She indeed gave me the trousers before the cleaning process was finished. I gave them the trousers second time and now they are sparkling clean!!! I really appreciate owner's reaction, he apologised and fixed the situation for free. Mistakes happen everywhere, but not everybody has such attitude towards clients. I highly recommend this place!

The man this afternoon was very rude. My granddaughter got confused with 5he machines & should bought 2 x small instead of 1 large. So I went to help her out. The man on duty wouldn't give us a refund, so that we can buy 2 x small machines. Stating that "he doesn't have the keys , so can't refund us. So I put all my washing in the large mchine. A lady then started to talk to me (may be his friend). He told me "if the machine doesn't spin - I've broken it & it's a £6,000 machine & I won't be leaving there today & he will call the Police". I told him, that if the machine doesn't work &,you lock us in, then that is kidnap & I will be calling the Police. The wash finished without further issue.

Decided to come here based on good reviews and because they replied to my message on WhatsApp. Their website mentions an express laundry service which includes wash, dry and fold. I messaged to enquire about price and they let me know £18.99 for small load, £24.99 for medium and £30.00 for large. We had time to go ourselves so decided to use their machines. They had small washing machines for £6 or large for £8 which we used and took 45 mins. The driers are £1 for 6 minutes and we only needed 36 mins for our large load (30 probably would've been fine also). They also sell washing powder for £1. Very friendly and helpful service, would come back again if we need.

Lily Wash & Dry Cleaners is a very good local tailor. They are able to complete all altercations made to measure to a very high quality of finish. I have had two suits tailored at Lily Wash and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The owner has years of experience taking measurements and also gave advice on the areas which need work (and the areas which don't - saving me money!). I was able to try on the suits after the altercations were made to ensure I was happy with it, and on one suit where I required further adjustment, this was completed promptly free-of-charge. The owner is also very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Wonderful service from Oz and his colleagues! They NEVER fail to get the most difficult stains out of any garment, and they always provide excellent customer service. I’ve taken in extremely high end items (>2k) as well as smaller jobs like laundry, but they treat everything with equal care and attention no matter the price tag. Whether it’s trench coats, jeans, canvas trainers—you name it, they’ll bring it back to perfect condition! Great service! Got a coat from Reiss tailored here and I was quite worried about it being ruined as it's expensive and I have had bad past experiences with tailors. I was so pleased with how it came out and couldn't tell it had been altered at all. Since then I have brought multiple items of clothing back and have always been happy. I've now moved away from the area but still make the journey back when I want something altered because I don't trust anyone else! They are also really efficient and get it done super quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I had a bridesmaid dress that needed altering in a big way. The bust line needed to be dropped and the straps of the dress needed extended too. A lot of places said they were unable to do the job but Lily Wash & Dry Cleaners acknowledged that it wouldn’t be an easy job but it would be possible. At that time the wedding was two weeks away so I wasn’t sure it would be done in time. The job was finished within a week and was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the result! Such friendly service and efficient work, will be recommending to everyone.

Really nice people to deal with. Customer service has been amazing which is seemingly quite rare these days. I had a speedy reply about a small issue and feel confident that it will be resolved. In the meantime, am happy to give 5 stars. My service wash was washed, folded, ironed and packaged well (love the white bag). My silk items were dry cleaned perfectly and, most importantly, my bed linen was returned to me folded and packaged like it was newly purchased. First time visiting and will definitely be back. Everyone I spoke with was very respectful and professional and the place is very clean. Good sized washers and dryers plus the price is very reasonable. Location is super convenient as it's literally next door to my house so can drop off bulk items, go home, get in a quick workout, take a nap, or do a grocery run and then come back to pick up in a bit. Will definitely using this place when I need to wash and dry things that are too big for my washer.

The worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. Took one month to get my garment back and it is marked and damaged. Tried to talk to the owner and he took no responsibility and made excuses claiming it was the garment being ‘difficult’. After one month and a marked garment given back I wasn’t even given a full refund. The only reason I accepted my garment was because I was fed up of the poor customer service and shocking service. Paid £13 and is in worse condition then when I took it in.

Such a well run dry cleaners! The owner Osman, is so polite, professional and efficient. I have used this dry cleaners for years and am always happy. Friendly and always willing to help. Ive done service washes in here too and they come back nicely folded and wrapped neatly. Also had my husbands shirts well cleaned & ironed here for several years, though not currently. This is my son’s google account, but as a mum i am more than happy to recommend using here.

Incredible service! An evening dress I had borrowed was badly stained with espresso marks and, after a poor dry-cleaning experience with another provider that failed to remove the marks, I thought that meant the damage was permanent. However, Lily Wash was able to restore the dress to it's original standard with a quick turn-around. Couldn't recommend them enough, so friendly and professional - I won't be using anyone else in the future!

I had to get a dinner suit alter in a very short notice. I rang a few companies in Fulham and Chelsea area who said they couldn't do it and were not help. Lily wash & Dry cleaner Specialist and they said to come in and they would do their best. Which they did - same day - and more important, friendly staff and great service and finish to my suit. Would recommend to folks and use them again.

I go to Lily Wash regularly. It is the only dry cleaner I use - from evening dresses to day dresses, sofa throws to bed quilts, duvets to baby blankets. They also organise alterations with a quick turnaround. They are family friendly and I always go in with at least one child and they really enjoy their visits too. Always a good experience - I highly recommend.

I've started using Lily Wash & Dry Cleaners about a year ago, when I moved to Fulham. It's a bit of a walk from my place, but definitely worth it! This business is brilliant. i had a much loved, delicate jumper that was riddled with moth holes it was a mess. Lily Wash took it in for repair and painstakingly darned my holes like magic to restore it to its former glory. I am so grateful. After searching from Harlesden to Marylebone for a reliable alterations service that can be trusted with designer dresses as I have a whole load of dresses and jackets with delicate fabrics and tricky seam placements and not only were they much quicker than bespoke tailors they did a phenomenal job. This is the only place I'll take my clothes.

I came here in 2021 with a shirt and dress to be dry cleaned. I am sorry to be negative but the results were poor. The dress still smelled and the shirt had no more stain, but water marks. Maybe I don’t fully understand how dry cleaning works, but I ended up having to wash them by hand. The service was polite, I have no complaints there.

Always quick and very reliable. I've sent normal drycleaning, had a large area rug cleaned, done some clothes alterations and used the washing machines when mine was broken and I've been pleased with every service provided. I had a very sheer light pink dress that got completely destroyed on the ends and it was highly unlikely anyone would be able to fix it but in 1 day and lots of panicked messages he has it looking completely new!! Othman provided a super express service for an emergency bridesmaid dress alteration at huge inconvenience to the seamstress given the existing workload. He went above and beyond to help me and the dress fit like a glove once it had been altered. 100% would recommend!
