After many weeks of lockdown I would expect staff to be more enthusiastic and helpful. I had to interrupt a staff member who was checking on his cell phone and ask for help. He had no idea of the stock and eventually had to ask another staff member who was also clueless. I wanted to purchase a steamer pot. The shop is beautifully stocked but staff are very apathetic. My other problem was that I had purchased a De Longhi toaster from your shop which is no longer under guarantee and the pop up on one side doesn’t stay down. I had no idea that your company does not assist with repairs. I would never have bought the item if I knew this was the case.

Absolutely appalled by the lack of service I received at the Gateway store yesterday. To have two tellers have the worst attitude and blame me for something and then raise their voice at me (a customer who was paying for an expensive item)

A large store with a large selection. Staff are readily available and eager to help. More premium brands and options available so they’re not cheap!

The store boasts a wide variety of home goods which are reasonably priced and of good quality.

Is it painfully expensive? Yes. But the furniture/decor pieces really are worth the stretch.
