I have an acne prone skin therefore I was really eager to find something that could help me with my skin problems. My 1st day, the estheticians were very welcoming and they gave me a free consultation before they started my treatment. The ambiance of the spa is also very relaxing. Then, they are flexible with the schedule and even able to reply when you contact them later than their working hours. I am really happy with the result. It's been my 3rd session and all my scars/blemishes are fading. Also, I would love to do my maintenance here even if my acne is treated in the future. I recommend this to the people who are also having the same skin problems with me that O spa will help you with your skin problems, and and guide you with your skin journey. The service you get here in Ô Spa is on a different level from other places, as I’ve tried a few other laser hair removal services across Montreal (with some really cheap ones), and I’ve started to lose hope in the honesty of any laser hair removal professional until I tried Ô spa with Suzan. Suzan was very honest and out-coming about the expectations of the treatment and made me aware of all the information needed, and she uses real laser hair removal tech!! Im no expert in the different technologies but several shops I tried claimed that they were using Laser just to be using IPL so that the hair comes back and they keep having you come back for more cash grabs. My experience at Ô Spa Boutique was truly amazing for both microblading and laser hair removal! I did my research on google and in my network. I wish I could give more then 5 stars!!! I was skeptical about laser hair removal for men, but after trying it this service at this clinic, I could not believe it. The process was virtually painless, and the technician made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She's using the latest laser machine technology which is impressive, and I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth on my neck and beard after just a few sessions. No more ingrown hairs or razor burn! haha I highly recommend this service as laser hair removal at OSPA for any men who want a long-lasting, effective solution to unwanted hair. It's a game-changer!

I do not recommend this place. Staff is nice prices are fine, but their laser DESTROYED my skin. Their laser burned me, I was left with scars and hyperpigmentation marks, from burns they gave me. When I spoke with them they blamed my dry skin, even though I got burns from their machine that led to hyperpigmentation. Also, they use the YAG laser which is supposed to be good for darker skin, but their laser didn’t reduce my hair at all. After 5 sessions, I had the same amount of hair. I had to spend thousands of dollars at another clinic to remove my hair and do treatments for the scars.

They're legit. One of the reasons why I picked this place to start laser hair removal was due to the reviews; people would mention how honest and transparent they are. That was exactly what I was looking for, honestu and integrity. After one treatment I saw results, now I just finished my 3rd and I'm so happy with the results! They also have a real laser machine (Cynosure Elite) considered to be one of the most effective. Highly recommended! Souzan and Aida are the nicest and very welcoming! I did the underarm laser hair removal and carbon peeling which is to lighten the underarms. Souzan takes her time to explain which treatments are better. Aida is very meticulous with both the laser hair removal and carbon peeling. She is the best!! I mean both of then are. And also Gucci I’ve noticed that both my underarms were brighter and smoother after first session already. And for the laser hair treatment worked like magic. I definitely recommend Ô Spa Boutique!!
