We were very disappointed and we experienced great inconvenience while travelling with Flix bus company and staying at this station. We bought two bus tickets from Łódź Fabryczna to Warszawa, Lotnisko Chopina for 4:45 am on 12th December 2021. We arrived at Lodz Fabrycna Station at 4:30 AM. There were no other passengers. When the bus didn't arrive on time, we tried to get some information. It wasn't written that the departure was cancelled or postponed on the information board. The information desk didn't work so early. At the station, we met only the policemen who couldn't tell us anything. We tried to call the number we saw on the information board but the automatic service in Polish didn't help us at all. We were waiting for an hour, worrying about the possibility to miss our flight. At 4:55 am the policemen told us that the bus might not arrive at all. We went to Warshaw by train and we managed to catch our flight, luckily! We would like to express our deep dissatisfaction with attitude towards customers. We think that all the passengers who buy the tickets at that time (so early) have needed to catch an early flight and such situations can cause a lot of trouble and extra expenses. We especially felt so helpless when we couldn't get any information in English at such a big station. We weren't asking for any compensation. The most important fact for us is that we managed to get home. We would like to ask you to review and improve the business policy so foreigners would feel safe and secure while travelling in your country.

Por todos los comentarios negativos temi lo peor, como llegar a mi destino sin mi maleta, por lo que hasta había tomado la precaución de solo tener objetos de bajo valor ahí, mi viaje fue de Lodz a Praga, y fue realmente cómodo para el precio que pagas y considerando que yo mido 1,68 cm, dado que note como los europeos al ser más altos sufren más en estos asientos hecho como para latinos. Todo llego ok al destino y por ahora recomiendo a Flexbus.

Piękny nowiutki dworzec autobusowy .Ładne stanowiska postojowe. Wyjście z dworca bezpośrednio na dworzec kolejowy Łódź Fabryczna . Tyle lukru a wady to brak ławek do siedzenia dla podróżnych .Poczekalnia na samym początku z ławkami gdzieś do 5 stanowiska a dalej nie ma gdzie usiąść aż do stanowiska numer 24. Ubikacji brak jest na kolejowym ale 2,5 zł trzeba płacić . Mowa oczywiście o dworcu autobusowym.

Byłem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony tą stacja. Piękny projekt i realizacja. Wszystko ładnie i schludnie. Pani w kasie profesjonalne i miłe. Czytelne komunikaty na wyświetlaczu. Toalety czyste i zadbane. Peroby szerokie, jest gdzie usiąść. Super że blisko jest EC1. Lepiej przyjechać pociągiem niż samochodem. Polecam

I had to wait there during the night, and it is an open place with uncomfortable seats. If you want to go to the toilet you have to pay (1-4 zł) (0,25-1€)

Une des gares principales à Łódź ! Et surtout l'une des plus belles de cette grande ville de Pologne car elle vient tout juste d'être refaite de A à Z !

Na dworcu PKS łódź fabryczna nie na gdzie usiąść ludzie czekając na autobusy siadają pod ścianą na betonie. Trochę wstyd co?

Niby nowe centrum Łodzi z nowym Fabrycznym ale pozostałości starego dalej szpecą..

Duży, czysty i dobrze zorganizowany dworzec o nowoczesnym wyglądzie.
