This is a beautiful building in the heart of the city. There are two main issues with it though. There aren't many points to tie a steel cable and anchor it across the street and it is very unlikely that I could get a delorean up to 88 mph as the road is very short. The clock tower doesn't seem to have the necessary infrastructure to ensure that you could harness the 1.21 gigawatts necessary from a bolt of lightning to get the flux capacitor to work properly. Five stars regardless...
