The Airport is Brand New next to the old one. The Air-Condition need improvement ( it's Not cold enough to cover the heat in summer time) The Airport staffs need a lot of Training to handle Foreign tourists... ( There are NOT helpful to handle small issues ... They don't have knowledge about the boarding pass self check-in machine... And very, very Rude answer when I asked help about the machine issue,... She answered me : I DON'T KNOW SORRY and She just left).

Сам термінал може й непоганий, але працівники звертаються російською. На перевірці речей чоловік гнув мати до колег. В холі є Вог кафе: за столиками не слідкують- сидять всі хто попало. Вирішити не бажають. Довелося самим. Курятину напівзаморожену подають. Просив донагріти - працівниці не вибачилися: стояли ржали. Не раджу, оминайте цец заклад. Адміністрації варто звернути на ці речі увагу. ПС а от за безкоштовний автомат з водою - респект!

Прошу вас звернути увагу на психологічний стан працівника прикордонної служби Світлани, ( призвище не пишу спеціально) худорлява білявка, що проводила паспортний контроль 24.12.2021. 15.00-15.30 (перебувала у буді) Жінка ділиться своїми особистими негативними враженнями щодо пропускного режиму із громадянами, яких вона бачить перший раз в житті... Можливо їй не вистачає позитивного спілкування із ...кимось.... Дякую за розуміння

The new terminal has become very beautiful and spacious and meets international standards. It is cleaned often, the hygiene measures are strictly observed and the toilets are very clean. Unfortunately, there is a big traffic jam between check-in and security check, so that it is scarce to reach the flight on time. All security control seats should be occupied and not only 5 of 8.

Small but nice and very clean. The woman at check-in was exceptionally friendly, and even though security gave my carry-on a good look through, they were polite and professional. The amenities aren't lavish, but there are three snack and drink places in addition to the duty-free shop. And it was attractively decorated for Christmas.

Compared to the old terminal the new one looks much more modern and high-tech. A couple of cafes and Heinemann duty-free will serve your needs. There is plenty of space in the common gate area. If you are lucky, a boarding and an arrival finish through a jetway, which were purchased recently. Welcome to Odesa and have a nice trip!

Quite small though still very useful and nice airport with domestic and international flights of different airlines. Also there are holiday charter flights. Going through airport security, customs and passport control takes not so long. There is a duty free and also a chance to eat or drink sth before boarding the plane!

I did not like the airport. Taxi driver was not allowed into drop-off area. I flew from domestic gate: WC dirty, people smoke there, wifi did not work, we had to stay 20 mins in the gate, at least 40 degrees with masks on while boarding. There is a coffee kiosk at the domestic gates. Tables not waited, dirty.

Все начебто гаразд з терміналом окрім співробітників. Зробив зауваження на контролі на безпеку, що смітник поставили занадто далеко від входу в зону. Тож російськомовні співробітники помстилися - прогнали мене через всі заходи безпеки і перевірки без потреби. Дріб'язкові люди з синдромом вахтера

Not friendly for tourists, taxi (prices in "recommended" table are much higher then regular. You need to go away from terminal, to catch taxi. No scheduled city transport (only "ghost" trolleybus with random arriving time) Also, customers works very slowly and asks for non-usual documents)

Аеропорт знаходиться недалеко міста, новий термінал чистий, невеликий dutifree, могло б бути більше товарів українського виробництва, не достатньо чіткі знаки до міжнародних рейсів, мало сидінь біля входу. Злітно-посадкова смуга мабуть має бути значно покращена, бо страшно було летіти 4/5

Чудова будівля аєропорту. Зчитується форми хвилі -фірмово, легко, характерно !!! Всередині все чисто, не багато, але є місця де посидіти, зарядити телефон, ноут. Є чай, кава, квіти, преса, обмінник для грошей, аптека. Зручно, що є ліфт, є есколатр- все працює. З коляскою це зручно! +

The new terminal is nice and works well. However, there is no priority security or priority passport control for Business Class travellers. One Duty Free shop with a limited selection of products. In the international terminal, the Lounge is only for Turkish Airlines customers.

Very nice modern airport terminal. Nice Turkish Airline business class lounge. Security screening and immigration was very fast. English is spoken by airport staff. 4 stars because we boarded aircraft by stairs, not jet way.

This time around sec. check was performed efficiently, but there were no signs near/ at the gate (no screens/ no navigation/ no audio announcement) re flight, so had to physically ask if I were to join the right line.

Airport is new, so pretty clean and modern (despite the small size). There are few cafes to take your meal, duty free. Security check and passport control usually pretty fast. So far all good …

Even though new but lack the basic features like online checkin support, proper queueing for passport and luggage control. Sadly still more ahead to improve. The logo however is great: Odesa Mama

На виїзді із зупинки сидів хамовитий контролер. Склалося враження що його там ланцюгами прикували. Охорона та персонал у будівлі аеропорту вічливий, завжди готовий допомогти, проконсультувати.

New building is pretty cool. Just maybe die to covid keep 1 hour more in case long lines for international flights. For domestic flights I didnt notice any waiting problem.

Terrible organisation of security checks, which caused huge queues and much trouble. Our flight departue had to be postponed due to airport administration incompetence.

Термінал супер, прикордонники не виховані уживають не цензурну лексику (2 жінки!), говорять з неповагою ніби ми їм щось винні, через таких не хочеться повертатись.

It made a big step forward.. on the way to a real well developopd airport. Great to see. And europes gate to black sea and wonderful vacancies

Modernization continues. Good experience through baggage claim. Still unorganized taxi service. Too many scammer drivers. Uber is fine.

Гарний зручний новий будинок, шкода що не часто вдається скористатися можливістю )). Зручно і швидко, практично без черг.

Облаштуйте, будь ласка, кафе або хоч якийсь спосіб випити кави на внутрішніх рейсах. Очікування без кави сумненьке. Дякую

Гарний аеропорт, доволі комфортний, на внутрішніх сполученнях, навіть є автомат із безкоштовною водою

Краще ніж раніше. Але зустрічати не дуже зручно. В середину не пускають із за короновірусу.
