It’s danger ⚠️ stay away from them. in the winter of 2022, we rented a car from them for a week and everything was fine. since we were satisfied with the service - we ordered 2 minibuses in advance for a tourist group at the end of June - beginning of July 2022. We were provided with 2 old Renault minibuses instead of new Opels. The blue one had a check engine light and the emergency signals turned on themselves, but there were more serious problems with the white one! The door handle fell out halfway, the door jammed, a piece of iron stuck out of the passenger seat, the low beam headlight did not burn and there was no air conditioning over the passengers. and what is the worst - it turned out later that the handbrake does not hold and there was an emergency. the director of the company arrived and convinced that technically everything was in order and that their technician would come to the city of Bansko and fix everything, since we had to leave on schedule, but there were no other cars. as you understand, no one came to repair or change this minibus, and by phone they sent us away and hung up

What can I say and where to start. I had a pre - booked car with another rental company and when they wasn't able to tighten the knot decided to cancel the reservation. I was so worried what to do , went one another rental company they said unfortunately there is nothing available at the moment. I was continually repeating what shall I do now and after a short conversation and explanation why the policy was cancelled the girl recommended to go to Choice and this was the right choice. It tucked me max 20 min to have the key in my hand. On return I had my deposit released straight away at the same minute. Hero's of the day! Due to some problems, we could not rent a car from the rental company where we had originally booked our rental car. So there we were suddenly, at the airport, without a car, when we actually planned a road trip around Bulgaria. What were we going to do now? Hang around in Sofia for 8 days? Luckily, a driver typed us Choice Rent A Car and these people immediately kindly helped us and arranged a car for us, very spontaneously, without reservation and hassle. It was a brand new car, no comment on that. And we also had our deposit back immediately after returning the car. Very friendly staff, they really got us out of a jam so 5/5. Thanks again!

Scammers!!! Do not under any circumstances do business with this company!!! I returned the car, upon inspection everything was ok! After me, an hour later I had a car rental. The deposit was unfrozen after 4 days, then after 2.5 weeks 1300 euros were withdrawn from the card, Vasily had already blocked my phone! After 2 days, after my insistent demand, photos without dates were sent to the post office ... with scratches that have nothing to do with me !!!

We had an unfortunate experience with this car rental company that I feel compelled to share. My husband, who was in a rush to catch his flight, encountered a situation where the company refused to refund his deposit. As a result, he had to involve the local authorities to resolve the issue. I urge everyone to pay attention when selecting a car rental provider, as this particular incident left us feeling deceived and subjected to fraudulent practices.

Rosa was super helpful, as we had a car reservation with another company but that the other company’s representative was not there, she helped us with our situation even though she worked for a rival company. If this is the care they show to people that are not their customers, imagine the care you will receive if you were their customer. Definitely booking them again for my next trip.

BAD choice WARNING do NOT hire from this company. It is a SCAM with THIEVES operating as a car hire. I hired a car and accidentally broke a side mirror, which was minor damage. They refused to refund my 1500 BGN deposit, which was enough to fix the mirror 10 times over. This is how they prey on customers. That is the behaviour of dishonest thieves.

It is a very nice company which caters to each client's individual needs. I came from the US and on arrival another company cancelled my reservation, so Choice saved me. By the way they accept US licence and they do not play you dirty like most of the "big" companies who end up sending you for comission to nasty local companies.

The best service! Ever! Not just in Bulgaria, I mean ever! The two ladies working there were so kind, polite and professional that I am definitely not renting from any other company. The car was new and clean and i did not get any additional hidden charges. Honestly, don’t look any further for a rental car company.

Everything was awesome, we took the BMW X4 and I’m not even talking about the car itself which was amazing, I just want to say that this people’s was so helpful with every little thing that we needed. If I’ll be back I’m sure that this is going to be the first place to take a car from.

Everything explained clearly. Lovely staff. No issues with the car. Easy and simple pick-up and drop-off (we got it from Sofia and dropped it at Burgas). Got my deposit back right after I returned the car. Overall I would say the best thing is their patient and helpful attitude towards customers.
