Very poor customer service, one of the AC salesman sold me an AC inverter unit stating it was a WIfi unit, as i specifically demanded for a Wifi Unit, but upon installation the unit wasnt wifi. When I contacted Mr Nawaz in Haq Electronic, he point blank refused to accept any responsibility. The gentleman lied and stated that I wanted a particular AC unit whereas I was very specific for my requirement. this is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend. I attach my warranty card as a proof it was installed yesterday

Not a good experience with them.. paid good money to buy philips iron clothes pressorfrom them..went dead in 2 or 3 months..since it was in warranty i took it to them..their attitude was totally unprofessional and they treat me like i was the one who manufactured the iron presser..they took the product and repaired it and then demanded money for repair?? In warranty...they repaired took money and then it went dead again in 2 months Stay away from swndlers..may GOD strike swindlers

Haq Electronics staff is very cooperative & lovely, they know the value of customers.Specially Mr (Shehzad Khan) the sales person.what a lovely man and cooperative person. Keep it up mr shahzad..

اس سٹور والے دھوکے باز ہیں. خراب چیز دے کر بعد میں بہانے بناتے ہیں. کہ ہم سے کمپنی واپس نہیں لیتی وغیرہ وغیرہ. حالانکہ ان ٹچ چیز کا بھی یہی حال ہے. چیز دکان میں دکھاتے ہیں. اور بجائے چیز لانے اپ کو کہتے ہیں گودام سے اٹھا لیں. ویا چیکنگ کا کوئی سسٹم نہیں. ایک چیز مانگو تو کہتے یہ لےلیں اسی کمپنی کا ہے ہم آرڈر پر تیار کرواتے ہیں ساری چیزیں اسی کمپنی کا دے دیتے ہیں بعد میں مسلہ ہو تو کلیم نہیں کرتے بہانے بناتے ہیں. I bought an AC last year from them electrician they send for installation connect extra wire with the switch as original wire was falling short, I ask him multiple time that this will not work but he replied we do same everywhere after that I faced several time fire and smell from the same joint, I went there to fix the problem as your installation man did this they misbehaved me and was not even listening

Be aware of fraud from this shop, they will sell you item which will have technical fault or maybe broken in some very secret place which a common man cannot see or understand, when you will show them warranty, they tell u, ok we will register your complaint to company, The true is this is the fraud of shop not the fault of company,

Excellent place for shopping electronics fridge, ac, washing machines ,tv and other consumer electronics, the sales person is well informed, prices are okay , but the important thing is their products are not faulty, beside they sell genuine branded products, had good experience buying DC invertor ac from them.

No doubt they have everything BUT after sale service is ZERO. They will never accept any claim on warranty & will never facilitate you. My 2nd worse experience. You better go to Ayz Electronics or any other store and save yourself from future headaches.
