I ordered from Beano's through Talabat and the order was managed by Beano's. Almost an hour after ordering (I live five minutes from the restaurant) I received the wrong order, so I tried right away to call Beano's to tell them, but the number was unavailable. I contacted Talabat customer service for help and they tried to contact Beano's, and again could not reach them. After 1.5 hours I tried again, and was told that I needed to return the full order in order to receive a refund or what I had already paid for. I was given two coffees and a hot sandwich, none of which would be good hours later. The coffees were gone, but I offered to give the sandwich back (although for health reasons they need to throw it away, so I don't know why they need it back). They still refused, saying I need to give back the full order. In addition, the sandwich I received was some unidentifiable meat that I do not feel safe eating, and the coffee was flavorless without adding three sugars to it. Yet somehow I am expected to pay for this, not receive a refund for my order, and be okay with it. I ordered a large mocha, a vanilla muffin, two cookies, and a juice. I received two bad lattes and a sandwich, for 180EGP that Beano's will not refund. This Beano's will never receive my business again, as their customer service is beyond terrible, especially given the poor quality of the products they offer at such high prices.

Second time I had visited here in a week. The first time was lovely and I got the panino cheese sandwich and it was lovely. The young man who served us was very nice and friendly. Although the second time wasn’t as good. I ordered the panino chicken and the chicken was very over cooked and dry so I didn’t eat it. The same worker was there and he was helpful. Although his boss was there and he was very rude and shouted at me to sit down when I was trying to pay. He was aggressive towards the young helpful server by grabbing the card machine terminal and speaking aggressively to him.

First of all, I enjoyed the cheese cake a lot, it was delicious. The flat white was so diluted, as if the milk in it was diluted and the coffee was not rich enough. What truly bothered me is their service. I was charged around 30 pounds service and taxes, when I wasn’t serviced. I had to get up and order, the manager is friendly but whats the point if I had to get up make my own order? Overall very expensive, not worth it. I could sit in any other cafe and get a better value for price.

If you work remotely, this is the place to be. A/C, free WiFi (which is not granted in most places in Cairo), and the place feels neat and clean, especially for the overall low egyptian standards. 8 out of 10 of the visitors work on their laptop, and the rest 2 are studying some book and notes.

The place doesn't have half of the items on the menu. The guva juice came half filled (as shown in the photo), telling me that this is the normal quantity. We also ordered two mango juices, it it was actually a smoothie as we didn't order but we didn't mine anyway but it tured out to taste very bad! Totally not recommended!

Staff was friendly, food was alright. The pancakes did not look like the pictures but they tasted nice. I enjoyed the chocolate frappe and grilled vegetable wrap. Great cafe to chill out. They have English menus. This place has a wide variety of coffee, cold beverages, sandwiches, pancakes,crepes,salads and cakes. The perfect place for vegetarians because they have a number of salads in this cafe. There is free wifi in the shop too.

Fair place, crowded most of time, consist of two levels with low ceilings for both of them which give you feeling if non comfortable but good coffee at same time, prices are slightly high but fair comparing to other cafe brands, good wifi service which provided by Orange.

For me, Beano's is the perfect place to work. Good internet access, the stuff is helpful, cheerful and always smiling. The place offers an amazing coffee with many flavors. I don't eat there a lot, but it never disappointed me. Always the food is so fresh.
