My car got scratches during testing at Shamil and they didn't even bother to tell me. I found out when I went to restaurant nearby and I cannot complain anymore since I already moved my car. Although the waiting time is faster but with the carelessness of their employees, I am givingbthis mark.

worst station, attendants with attitude and manager with attitude. Thats why they dont even have suggestion or complaint system for their organisation. Their mechanics will not check the car properly and in testing they will try to find small things to fail the car

Since 18 years, visiting Al Rashidya Emarat petrol station, Dubai, recently it was renovation as done. New station as open now, very good place to take service s, visit once.

Best gas station as they gas pump are well calibrated and the gas quality is very good. Noticed that my car get more mileage and engine consumption is improved.

Mostly fueled up from there but not anymore, I got twice dirty super gasoline, then my car engine light came on, after a new fuel tank it goes back normal.

Service as you would expect it. However, not all necessities are available inside of their shop including an ATM right now and large reconstruction.

Average waiting time is never less than 25 minutes... Shockingly understaffed.... Emarat looks like a dodo in front of ADNOC service stations...

Attendants are less compare to no of pumps and cars they receive in peak hour....waiting time sometime exceed to 15-20min to fuel your car.

It's nice station as having car test for renewal as well. Beside the station, small market having car wash, tyre shop and some restaurants.

Excellent station adjusted to retail area that has many restaurants and cafés, car wash, ATM and many other facilities within.

Unique location for petrol station open 24/7 it includes RTA vehicle inspection and regestration service opens 6 days a week.

Good place Shamil staff is very helpful. Specially Mr Khalid is on respection he is very nice fellow and help the customers

Amazing staff, even though there were many cars, the staff handled it very well and we got done within 8 minutes.

Small gas station. it gets busy sometimes because of the attached car testing center.

There's not much to say, you get petrol and bad coffee. So, that kinda sums it up.
