*Went to get a credit card, they told me to wait 2 weeks. After a month I went to the bank they told me that my file is missing info (they haven't sent any email to inform me) . After another two weeks of waiting I got my credit card but I can't use it with any ATM machine because my password was wrong ! *at the remittance department; they got me waiting for half an hour because one of their employees (Ms. Lynda) wasn't there. After a long time of smoking and chit chatting with strangers a man came to me and said: Why are you still waiting? She came a long time ago ! *No clean cups to drink water *The only good thing I could say about this miserable bank is that their employees are nice, at least the couple of people I dealt with were

This bank is very bad, and the employees' dealing with customers is also very bad. This bank does not contain American currency ( USD ) It is trying to give people an Iraqi and incomplete currency (dinar). It is tryed to steal people in another way. Please beware of fraudsters.

المصرف جيد و المعاملة جيدة و لديهم طرق حديثة بأدارة الاموال لكن جانب الاستعلام جدا سيء يعني دائما اتصل بهم و لا احد يرد او يرد و يقفل بسرعة و هذا الشيء حصل معي للتو و كانت مكالمة بثانيتين .. اسلوب ابدا لا يليق بمصرفكم و اتمنى تطردوا موظف الاستعلام الالكتروني

مصرف اشور فرع المنصور تعامل الموضفوين غير لائق بالمصرف اسلوب جاف جدا يتعمدون تمشية الواصطاط ويهملون الزبائن راجعة الكاونتر ولايوجد اي زبون وبعد اكثر نصف ساعه جالس ولم استلم الحواله وللمره الثالثه امر بنفس الامر من قبل الخدمات النقديه

I transfered money through moneygram (Ashur Bank), it went so smoothly but, the time they open is very critical because they open a few hours a day, 5 days a week
