Honest people and average service. I requested for a book and paid in advance and it them 4 working days to get it from Lahore. Initially they said that it will take 2 working days. That's why lost a star. Otherwise ok people. Omer is excellent, honest guy. Other people not much and keep things vague. Not sure why they took money in advance. What was the harm in getting the book for themselves if I back out? something which does not happen in abraod. Anyways I understand the greed for money which people have in Pakistan. Overall i rate them 4 because of honesty and average service.

The overall experience is good. Certain fashion designing items are expensive not just here but everywhere around which they all have monopoly and are selling expensive. I have bought a carving toolkit for my sis the quality doesnt qualify it with price over 650 but they sold it for 1100. The price are more or less the same everywhere else but the point is that they all are making extreme revenue with these items.

Experienced the Gulgasht branch for purchasing books.. the staff is either too much busy or not interested to serve.. moreover they charge more than the printed prices.. The main counter man seems too much rude..he was literally too much discouraging that i will never recommend anyone to visit this Book shop ever. The slip of my purchase is attached for ready reference.

I can find almost anything that's available in Pakistan but you should also have the choice for the costumers to pick the stuff or school supplies with their own hand like in other international bookstores, apart from this, it is the best choice of local people to find stationary related things...you should check it out...its cool :]

The buddha at the counter is extremely rude ... No respect for anyone not even for himself ... Purched a book on the garantee that it is exchangeable but when i went to exchange the book the buddha start fighting me and calling me names ... Out of respect of his age i remained silent but he is just a sunki pagal buddha khosat ...

I bought a lot of books. They offered some off and behaved well. In future I would prefer this shop rather than any other in Multan. They also arranged for me some booklets which were not available at that time. The staff's behavior is good. You will find many many things to buy, once after you step in that door.

The bookstore itself is good, but I had a strange experience that the daraz counter didn't had shopper so he asked me to take it from bookstore counter and bookstore counter asked me to return back to daraz counter as they don't have shopper while in reality they actually had them, so a bit of bad experience

Book Store having the very good service for their customers and they have nearly all types books available in a reasonable prices with quality ... A store with wide range of stationary collections and interior decorator ideas. Too many staff members employed for assisting its customers.

Good place to buy anything from stationary. Main thing that i like it is their arrangement. Only few book centers are in Multan providing services in this well organized manners. Deducting one star is due to counter queue. Just need to implement more customers familiar environment.
