I usually visit from England and buy several perfumes every 3-4 months. They normally have a really nice girl (now not there) whom I contact beforehand and she reserves them for me. I turned up this morning to ask the woman behind the counter if they have two perfumes. She didn't even look at me and said NO. Then she casually proceeded to so whatever she was doing under the counter. I saw the perfumes in the shelf IN STOCK thought twice and decided I'm not going to tell her they are in stock because monkeys don't deserve my money. Not surprised most reviews are about the attitude. If I were the owner of this place I would be concerned.

HR of new way's is arrogance person. His behaviors with customers totally wrong. He must need to learn how deal with customers. He miss use of his authority. He sitting interviewer outside without any reason, after few hours he says you may go now without conducting interview of them. He don't have any rights to play with the feelings of others. I humble request to Director of new Way's, please teach some manners to Your respective HR that how to behave with customers. I totally disappointed today with cheap behaviors of HR.

I purchased some birthdays items from them three days ago. When i checked balloons at home 50% balloons with small little holes. I returned them yesterday but they refused with a very rude behavior... They are robbers. They did not give me any invoice at the time of purchase but at the time of claim they asked me to show invoice. Which they never gave me..

Fairly good variety stacked up with clearly understandable price tags. Youll find all sorts of items that could be expected at a super store. I've found the staff very cooperative in helping the customers. The parking space is available at the front. Washrooms are also available but they are not at par with respect to cleanliness.

I listened many times that ice cream outside the store is amazing but when tried it was not according to the reviews I was unable to finish mine. Except it their their departmental servies are good like other stores.

Huge Verity with very reasonable price. Almost all grocery items available. Also daily house hold products can also be found here. Customer service need an improvement.

New Way Departmental store is located on Raiwind road near Westwood Colony. You can buy groceries and many more from here. Good services and items.

Very rude behavior of staff including the shop manager, no price tags on most of the items, over all very bad experience. Not recommended .

A good option to shop daily items. There was also an outstanding experience of ice cream at the ice cream stall outside the new way.

Very good shopping experience but this mall is going to close now.
