Normally we consider that as a Military Hospital they provide state of the art service as they are ISO certificated but my experience here was not up to expectations. Many of the employees needs to learn how deal with a good behavior, smile and politely. As a paid civilian visitor for my wife' confinement and C Section they disappointed me for their services and behavior. This hospital may just to deal the Military Officers and their families rest all even they are paid don't required special care. From OT to Room almost everybody asks for the money ... even they have provided numbers to report that if someone demand you for any gift or Mubarak but no one can call three to four times in a day that someone is asking for money. They needs to provide trainings to the staff that they himself or herself discourage this act. Secondly Roads inside are very poor if you are shifting a patient in serious condition these bumps may cause problem. In this modren technology patient have to wait from OT outside for half an hour to be shifted in the room. Overall if you are paying almost 60k total and they provide services like ordinary Govt. hospital that's really emmbarcing. Not recommend if you need extra ordinary service.

This place is in the vicinity of Pak Army CMH, not access by any personal of the Pakistan even his city Multan, this place is only for the patient who come for treatment from the CMH, the patient who belong to defence like (Army, Navy, PAF, Ranger, etc) and those civilian which having any family members in defence like Son, Daughter, Father, Mother in any department and also having the special CMH treatment card, after showing that card personal may enter in CHM and access the Cafeteria and as well as get treatment.

I baught a burger from the cafe last evening that was totaly against health and rate was Rs 70 but in that condition the actual rate should be Rs 30 for that old material which was not eatable. Overall rates are high and all items are unhygenic which are not good for health. So my advice is not buy anything from the cafe u may reach Saddar for eatable things

Service and management was very unprofessional and the atmosphere was very unHeigenic . Service and Staff was very late and rude. Not recommended

CMH is having self service. once you pay for your food items, and give them token then they provide you what you need. Staff of CMH is always mindblowing(helpful).

It is just a regular cafeteria in a hospital. Needs lots of improvement. They may take an idea from the cafeteria of MH Rawalpindi or CMH Bahawalpur.

The fast food and tea are good ...... But the salan like chaane, biryani, chicken leg, ....etc are all ovened

Hygiene may require improvement. Not that good place to sit n have snacks. Food handling is very casual.
