Unbelievable friendly staff and owner(s) with excellent knowledge of cycling, mountain bikes, bikes in general and everything we can do with a mountain bikes in Nepal and around Kathmandu. We are Canadians cycle tourers on our circumnavigation around the Himalayas on 26x3.8 ( fat bikes). After many months on diets roads the bike needed a good tune up and check up. We were never expected to find so much expertise on bikes in Kathmandu. On top they were able to organize a jeep transport for us to Muktinath from where we will cycle again. Definitely a good store if you are cycle touring through Nepal. Ask for their day and multi day trip with bikes. A good way to meet the mountain bike community in KTM. A paradise for cycling.

Very well equiped bike store with super friendly staff (managers as well as mechanics). They helped us to get a bike box in KTM ( which is not that easy!). They even organised transfer to KTM as a bigger car was needed for the bikes. 5/5 stars, recommendable!!!! Thanks to all of you guys.

I can only recommand this place. After failung to obtain assistance from the thamel shops, they sent me there to get bike boxes for my next flight. Serious guys willing to help the best they can! Thank you again, I will visit for sure when I come back to Nepal! ;)
