Oh Terrible. Only Sad part is there is no zero or minus star option here in Maps. Let the picture speak itself, walking with cart is so inconvenient and if another person want to walk pass by you then it's almost impossible, let alone if other person has their own cart. Buffalo staffs, they're not there for you, instead for themselves, air quote just doing their job suck out your money. Most items doesn't got it's price tag. You'll never know the amount you're going to pay for the item you just picked, ask the most careless workers around you who just prefer to ignore you and walk away instead give you an assistant, even if you managed to get one then get ready to face the ego on the top of their nose. And on the top of that i was being told about 70 rs for an item and when i check out of the counter which is so disorganized where i had to wait for 21 min just for my turn, and there i had to pay 115, upon on question why i was being told different amount than here i am being charged then she be like oh this must be indian price or what so ever. Clearly staff error. Not to mention all the dirty and uncleanness, especially on the one on the checkout counter where i had to put my vegetables which comesunpacked. Long story short, i am not going to visit again. Such a messy and disorganized place.

I would give a 5 star for the product range this store carries and the physical aspects of the store: location, layout, etc. But the customer service part let's the store down. Security guard at the door and the people stocking the shelves are super helpful but the check-out clerks are out of this world. They have no smile on their faces; no hi/hello/thank-you; as though they just didn't want to be there. Or, it may be the service culture at the store, I'm not sure. They don't believe they should be nice/polite to the customers; or they just don't know how to be nice/polite to people. It felt like they don't care if the customers are not looked after: customers will come back anyway. They don't realize customers remember the very last event/interaction they had. Sure, customers will come back but what happens when the customers will have other options in the market? Given the check-out experience, and that the prices are higher than smaller stores, I didn't find the value-for-money.

This is inform you that I have abused and Misbehave by one of lady staff to me while I went today for purchasing some daily needs product with my husband. And I have bought in last one week more than amount of 400k from same store. And now decide to not to visit again. We come there because we are comfortable for shopping and today we don't buy any thing and we went to Big Mart. Hope the from the top management necessary disciplinary actions will be take the staff so this wil not going to happen to the another customer and specially to those who are from different country. Bhatbhateni's service is getting worse day by day. As the ice cream court is outside the store, we took our ice cream and waited for cashier to attend the customer prior to us, the Cashier wasn't able to settle and reprint the bill of the customer and hold the que for few minutes, all frustrated went inside the store for billing we humbly asked if it will take more time the Cashier was very rude rolling her eyes and said "bhitra ni billing huncha" wasn't satisfied at all with that arrogant behaviour. Hopefully bhatbhatini will focus on training and development of their staffs on their jobs to be done more efficiently and specially their customer service, care and hospitality.

WARNING: Check things before buying that are on sale. And do not throw out your receipt, you may need it. COMPLAIN: The thing I don't understand about exiting the place, you have to go through the checkout every time single time even if you have not bought anything. Walking round to the exit is not a big issue. It does help me fill up my daily quota of walking but during rush hour the traffic of people queuing to check out makes it a hell of experience. Why cannot I exit through the same door/gate I entered from if I haven't bought anything. You have so much of money INSTALL the scanner thing. Thankyou. [EVERY BHAT-BHATENI]

The organization of this place is worsening day by day: cardboard boxes everywhere make the space so narrow that it is often impossible for the clients to reach the items they need. The staff seat on the floor among piles of goods and sometimes do not even bother to let the clients access . The worst part is when you stand in the line at the cashier and she is helplessly looking at your purchases with no idea about how to make your bill and it take ages to finish,so sometimes it is easier to give up and leave your shopping there.

It is great place. All our needed we can buy it over here. Goods are of good quality. Grossery, Kitchen Utensils, Ready made clothes and Fabrics, we can say almost everything we can get here. Price is bit expensive here then other market. When we need to go outside for outing we can go there, buy our required stuffs, refresh ourselves, there is place to eat also. It is fully air conditioned, easily reachable by public and private transport. Local and imported all types are goods are available here. Anyway it is great place.

I like bhatbhatini for shopping which offers varities of services. It is one in all place where you can have your requirement on hand but they discontinue the things once we are addicted to. I miss that mayonnaise which I long for many time but they didn't brought it back. sometimes it's disappointing but overall for the easy availability of good one can rely on it. I like Pepe pizza I just go for pizza sometimes. They also have KFC on their outlets but I like Pepe pizza over KFC.

As far as to my knowledge this was the first Bhatbhateni market. Ober the years,it has adapted and improved as one of the most successful supermarket in the country. It has everything you need.The staff are always around if you need any help.There are eateries adjacent an opposite to it. So,if you are in mood for quick nibble there's plenty of restaurants in and outside of it. There nearest public transport is just outside the gate as well taxis and Pathaao.

Please start a Valet service if necessary to manage the influx of incoming cars. Create two lanes and a sidewalk for customers to walk. The floor is extremely slippery to walk when it rains. Please work with the municipality to create a zebra Crossing right in front of the main entrance to help the visitors cross the street to catch a bus. Keep the toilets clean. Please use appropriate tools to hold to the water bottles on the display rack. Keeps falling.

Bhatbhateni has made history in changing Nepali people shopping habit by making people shop under one roof for almost everything & accept the fixed price without bargain. Another best part of it is controlling outside market price indirectly as well. Frequent switching of brands & less trust worthiness of the sold items is their big draw back which i hope they will address. Backside toilet seems super busy but cleaniness is not as expected.

This is one of the shops of the biggest chain of department store - BHATBHATENI SUPERMARKET. The products are ok, but does provide different product under one roof. The quick bite food stalls and restaurants have now been closed. Service by the sales person is not very good. I guess everyone who shops there agree to this.They are improving everday on the customer service end. Parking is normally crowded in the weekends and holidays.

One of the best supermarket for finding the most categories of products. However there are a lot need for attentions eg: proper management of the stocks, clear and easy passway, proper uniforms & guiding assistants, parking areas are disgusting as no designated and separate floors, outside stalls are too much expensive. If those issues are minimized prices are comparatively OK.

Bhatbhateni store Maharajgunj is the best super store around Chakrapath area. Always the first choice for heavy grocery shopping, gents shirts and the food stalls in the compound area. Specially for groceries, as you get all options under one roof. Sometimes, they provide chocolates on Buy one get one offer, and believe me, you'll end up buying loads of such chocolates.

All kinds of things are available in this supermarket. At this moment, they are expanding outside the valley also, but their app is really bad, and nothing showing inside it. And I brought complain and even there is 2 months remaining but it smells already expired so when you're buying food and others things please check expiration level properly.

One of the many Bhatbhateni stores around Kathmandu which is probably the most crowded. The food section is mostly crowded and inconvenient when two trolleys have to pass. The parking space is quite enough and the quick bites around it are also good. I'd say its one of the best one from among the many around Kathmandu.

My most favorite Supermarket of the city. You need any grocery products, toiletries, clothing materials, domestic electrical and electronic appliances, anything that you can imagine to buy at one place. Well, it is a good place to shop and has everything (almost) under 1 roof. It also has good parking space, offers security and is systematic. However, they could improve a little on customer service experience and also is arranging the inventory in a more scientific way.

Beautiful place which contains every item of our need. We can find multiple items with differents brands in clothing item,food,electronic devices,grocery,gifts,etc. Properly managed area for parking. Also bhatbhateni is the biggest supermarket chain of Nepal.

Location is best overall however no proper parking space, very conjusted. If possible payment can be done in one time instead of multiple times from each floor. Dress codes are lacking.... Advantage is that all items are accessible under a roof saving time.
