Ranjana Cineplex is one of the oldest movie hall in Nepal. Total 3 auditorium in which Audi 1 is the best. (4k, Dolby Atmos sound system and big screen ). Audi 2 and 3 have 2k, 7.1 surround system. Ticket booking system is pretty easy( from website). Wednesday and Thursday tickets price are Rs.175 for all shows. Medium Cheese Popcorn cost Rs.220 cheap than Qfx. The seat are recliner, but leg room is small. If the front person reclines all the way, it touches your leg. Movie starts on time. Staffs were friendly. As it is located on fifth floor don't take escalator, you have too walk through all the shops. Take lift or back staircase. Restroom is very sanitary and nice. Lounge area is comfortable. Budget friendly and nice alternative from qfx halls. ( People kept coming after about 20 mins, since movie started it was annoying). Overall good experience. Hall 3 seats were uncomfortable. Hall 1 seat was the best. Bucket option in popcorn is also available (Rs.320). They provide free wifi. Scan at the food counter.

Very good video and audio quality. The screen size was perfect. The seat arrangement was a bit congested compared to qfx, I could not stretch out my legs comfortably. The toilet was very clean. The snacks counter service was swift. Customer care was very good. I accidentally dropped my popcorn, but the staff were so generous and they refilled my popcorn for free. I don’t think they would do the same in other movie theatre. The movie starts right on time unlike 15 mins late in qfx. But the movie theatre is located on the fifth floor of a wholesale market. So the way to go the movie theatre is not so attractive as we need to pass through the wholesale market and not hi fi shops of shopping mall. Also, many people came late for the movie and that was a bit annoying.

Worst Management 22 July 2023 2nd day of release of Oppenheimer showtime 8 am ... 1 hour theatre bhitra kurayo without any announcement after that we got to know that technical issue on movie sound ... Management was so messed up .. they don't even had clue ki k garda thik huncha ... Tried to move audience from audi 1 (200+ audience) to audi 3 (capacity of 164 peoples) how could this be possible ... After massive argument audience & management came into conclusion to provide refund/reschedule for audience and provided coupon voucher for 2 free movies per head ... Please train your management to face these kind of situation .. lack of training caused a chaotic situation there ... aru sabai thik cha management khattam

Really loved the theater. Watched at Audi 1, it has 4k, 3D Bright projector with Dolby atom sounds. Normall threater in Nepal have 2k projector like fcube, Bigmovies, Onecinemas, etc. And was really worst 3D experience with low Brightness and low resolution. But in audi 1 it has 4k clear projecter. This is my first time here so i really loved the 3D movie expirence more then other cinemas. IMO, This seems like underrated movie theater might be due to lack of good marketing or wholesale complex. Must support this. Screen 9/10, Audio 8/10, Location 4/10

It's relatively new when I visited to watch quantumania 3d. The screen is immaculate and clear and the dolby speaker is super loud and bassy. Most old theater have dark screen. This screen is new and visuals are crisp. All the seats and furniture are new and so little smelly. But I didn't mind. It was not that crowded. In fact in the seat capacity of about 100 there were only 20 25 people. So I liked that. Plus the seats and premise is super clean. Staffs are nice. Highly recommended

All the staff are friendly and after we enter the entrance they guide us in which theater we should go to and in theaters they too guide us for the seats. While you reserve seats here the more back the seats are the comfort of watching movie is good while in other the middle seats are best . The only thing i don't like about every movie hall is paid parking if people purchase tickets the parking space must be free everywhere.

Can't believe how underrated this place is!! The seats were soooo comfortable with good stretch. The price is more than half the price of other cinema halls. Went here to watch the bts solo documentaries, and the effort Ranjana put was amazing!! From the bottle cover and popcorn bag having bts to the bts cutout!!! Definitely recommend to try. Please work on marketing more Ranjana

Pls do not go to this Cinema at all cost cause I want it all to myself. Best cinema in Nepal. It has 4k and dobly atoms is all I gotta say. I would go to them for any price be it 1000 per ticket but guess what it's the cheapest in ktm. best 3d and toilets are clean and don't smell like toilets. Services are also lit. So don't go pls I want it to be myhall. Haha

One of the best 3D cinema experience Audi 1 ma. Superbly amazing 3D in 4k resolution. I highly recommend Ranjana Cineplex to all the viewers. Bright and crystal clear 3D screen, sound quality pani above average. This place is underrated may be lack of marketing le hoki. I went for a movie, The avatar way of water. It was a whole new experience because other 3D halls aren't as good as it was in my opinion... but i found it very expensive and the waste management to the way up is insane, the elevator is so dirty... I had a great experience watching the movie except that unsatisfied with everything .

Audi 1 seems good but the way they arranged the seats are bad you get soo far away from screen. Not recommended go get tickets above E row as it is too far. Seats are not that comfortable. Cheese popcorn was yummy. Overall good for the price. When you provide the helmet in the hall they take it to parking for no reason

It was my first time there today. The seats were nice and all. What pissed me off was they served Nachos with hot sauce, instead of salsa. I am an avid movie goer and never had been served Nachos with HOT SAUCE. Why keep "Nachos with salsa" on your menu then? And they had pepsi, no coke. Never going there back again!

Amazing atmosphere inside. Have got 3 auditorium. Everything is nice and good. The staffs here are really friendly. Food is amazing. Seats are really comfortable. The price of the tickets are cheaper than other movie halls. Everything is organized. Screen and sound is also of top quality. No compormise in any field.

Sound and picture quality ok. Seats are just ok. Management needs to be improved. Not much space in the lobby and very limited chairs to seat while waiting. Movie started late as cleaning was going on beyond scheduled date. Reaching the complex and parking may be problem in weekdays as located in a busy area.

Worst Place To Visit To Watch Movie You Are Going To Pay Your Self. The movie was supposed to start at 8 but at 9 the staff responded that the sound is not working. Giving 1 star because they provided 2 movie voucher. And one final thing the staff are not friendly.

I went to the cinema hall to watch Oppenheimer movie, but show didn't start. Waited 1 hrs before knowing there is technical difficulty. Had a bad experience. But in the end, they were kind enough to compensate us for our time and bad experience.

The hall was surprisingly good. The theatre was well managed and the seats were comfortable. The place was atop Ranjana trade centre which is a little claustrophobic. However, they provide free parking for movie goers and that is a plus point.

The customer service is noce, there are low number of seats but its quite nice. The seats are comfortable but the spacing between seats may be a little small for tall people. They serve different choices of combo meals and its appreciative.

It's in 5th floor. Not as expected in terms of open space. But d hall is so good, pic quality can b compared to IMax. The sound and pic quality both r incomparable to any hall in Nepal.

The location doesn't do much justice to the facility. The cineplex, reasonable ticket prices too; but the location does not help the facility in attracting more customers.

You didnt have pepsi for selling your mojitos. This is very forceful selling and also the refill of popcorn ws only for big buckets which is not soo fair.
