Have been a regular visitor for the past couple of years due to the close proximity to my house and it is truly astonishing to see the decline in service and infrastructure with corresponding skyrocketing prices. The prices have been increasing on every other visit while the infrastructure is not updated for customers and the OPD management seems to run like its an underfunded government clinic. Most of the time, the doctor is not on time and it is quite evident that multiple people skip the line. I've waited 2 hours while being informed only 4 people were in the queue before me so basically the doctor gives more than half an hour for each patient which is very unlikely. Even if the fact is true the other patients should be informed beforehand of the time schedule so that the patients visit accordingly. If we had to wait for more than 2 hours for a brief visit, have to wait in under maintained waiting spaces, and deal with agitated staffs what is the purpose of paying premium price rather than visiting very cost effecient governmental hospital with similar experience and waiting time. For me I choose a premium service to save time and be accommodated in hygienic space but if the service provider fails to do so it is evident that the organization will be lost in the sea of competitors. I hope the management would be a bit more conscious of the fact that there are multitude of methods and technology to better manage such a premium charging organisation and put a bit more effort and trainings on costumer service because if they don't do so the patients are most likely bound to find easily available alternatives.

The worst hospital service I have ever seen in my life, hospital should be live saving but when it comes to Vayodha , forget about it. They are only fast on charging you. Infact their service is way to far, Patient don't need to see doc, they can check on whatsapp what happened to them and recommends on whatsapp, All the people are busy in their life, no staff cares about anyone, all are busy in gossiping, Doctors haha amazing , I would like to salute them , they calls you but they are absent. Asked us to collect the report on Sunday , report was ready but counter person called the doctor and he asked her to say that reports has not yet arrived plz come once doctor comes as we only make report on doctors arrival. lol don't waste your lives, money , and time. Just imagine , how advance they are, they don't need to see patient, everything through whatsapp.... If you get confused by the Good comments, check your self they have just one review which proves that account is fake or they are the same people who works Not a single comment is Geniune, After 1 bad comments , they post 5 to 6 good comments to cover their faults! Height of FOOLISHNESS! My friends told me dont go to Vayodha , now i am really disappointed! Awful and ridiculous people! I would request you all dont get fooled, Dont waste your time, they just care about money only, Think 100 times before going there. No system , no management, Such an unprofessional people

As compared to other hospitals I have been to, Vayodha feels like a resort. I did interact with 1 or 2 personnel with negative body language but in general most personnels I encountered were good. They are helpful and try to make you feel better. You tend to feel the empathy the moment you enter hospital premises. The guards, pharmacy, reception they all seem to be friendly and helpful. Every once in a while you will however feel that the empathy and helpful nature from the personnels are management enforced and they actually don't believe in what they are doing. I would like to repeat, as compared to other hospitals Vayodha is resort. Keep up the good work. Best wishes.

WORST HOSPITAL TO EXIST IN NEPAL ! ! ! You might just leave the patient on a ditch rather than take them to this hospital. They will charge you money for breathing in their premises but won't have simple testing kits (You will have to visit Star Hospital frequently for testing purposes.) The staff are all underqualified, unprofessional and rude, they provide no support and whenever you will ask for diagnosis report, they will get angry for some reason. Please take my advice, DO NOT VISIT VAYODHA FOR ANY REASON. I would suggest to avoid that particular area in Balkhu near Vayodha or else they might charge you for existing !

I have very good experience with this hospital.. I got severe abdominal pain and I rush to this hospital which I heard from my frd it's good .. soon after I reached emergency Dept .. they diagnosed me with acute appendicitis and sent me for ultrasound department .. with my USG report , they confirmed me with acute appendicitis and I have to undergo surgery .. they took all my blood sample and sent me to operate room .. every thing is very systematic and fast .. although this hospital's environment is not very big ... the way the manage is outstanding ..

I was treated at Vayodha hospital after a serious spine injury. Dr Abhay Yadav was probably the best surgeon I could have got. Very professional, fluent in English, with many similar operations behind him. (I believe being treated in Nepal was better than in my home country Sweden since they have so much experience with injuries related to “falling off mountains”.) The facilities are superb with standards most often matching those in Sweden. The staff is very friendly and always wants to help. I can warmly recommend Vayodha hospital.

Top hospitals in Nepal, all the services are very systematic and we'll organized. All the doctors and staffs are qualified, experienced and cooperative. Well maintained cafeteria and friendly staffs. Rest rooms are also maintained very good. Service charge is the most highest one but service its worth it. The feeding service for the patient is also great. Only drawback I see is location and transportation. It is too hard to be there in office hours. Hope you will find solutions for that.

I find him extremely arrogant, unprofessional who would not like to answer my questions. He is extremely rude and problely think you are idiot because he surely treats you as one. Tha management is so poor, the wards are so stinky, they are spraying air freshners to avoid the smell!!! They don’t have full time doctors!!! I prefer to say it clinc rather than hospital!!! I had such a bad experience that after surgery i didn’t even get chance to visit my surgeon!!! There are more hospitals which provide higher quality service in cheaper price, less time and tension free!!!

Have seen waiting for token or for doctor's appointment but never have been to a hospital which charges so much still don't have equipment for a simple PFT test. The nurses are also not helpful at all, they just want to finish their shift anyhow and go home. The value of patients in this hospital is zero.

Overall good but the doctors are always late! There’s lack of employees during night shift and can’t handle more number of patients in emergency room. the service is quite fulfilling and promising, but they are fook!n EXPENSIVEEE.

Had gone there to get second dose of COVID vaccine, the staff were very rude. Timing for vaccination is 10AM to 3 PM, they were not allowing people in at 2PM itself even though there were only 10-15 people waiting in queue.
