Agrani Bank, one of the highly profitable promising service providing bank in Bangladesh. A corporate branch is not like other local or zonal branch. It is supposed to manage comparatively large transaction and services. People of different working group come here to deposit, withdraw, and take other services. A corporate branch in a location like Gazipur need to be highly efficient. Unfortunately, this branch of Agrani bank, I found not much customer friendly. To be specific, some officers behave like we are not their customer but they are giving us service for free. Majority of the employees are good though, but because of some employees this branch is not functioning as it supposed to be. For a single pay order, you need to wait for at least 10 minutes as it need to be written by hand which is done through computer in other general branches. Management need to give priority on using technology more in this branch.
