We had a small family get together after akdh! And my wife wanted to have some light makeup on.She wanted some 2700 taka package and got it PREBOOKED. But on the day of the function when she went there for the makeup, the moment they realized she is the bride, they absolutely forced her to change the package, and made her buy a heavy, way more expensive package,,,,, FOR A HOME FUNCTION!! There were a lot of debate between my wife and them but they wouldnt agree to do the makeup she wanted and she was forced to take whatever they were offering since there were no other options at that point... Money is not the issue here, but they literally went on - "clownified" her and sent her home.. As per them "Its not their policy to do the makeup of my wife's selection on the bride" ... What kind of a policy is that, where u cant provide what the client wants!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous from a customer service point of view. A client should be allowed to choose what she wants ... These people are just taking advantage of people's situation ... So if u know what u want, please dont go there.. coz they r not gonna listen!

I had a bad service from them, others might get goo service, but it’s absolutely my personal experience. The hair msg was not relaxing at all, they even don’t know how to clean hair protecting ears from water, moreover the pedicure girl cut my nail like hell, I had to take painkiller for 2 days. Though the decoration is superb, but not going again.

Is was a amazing experience to get service in Art and beauty makeup studio. I am happy and pleased by ther service specially one of employee Geci she did my facial with lots of care and gentleness. I will recommend her if somebody want to the facial. She is so friendly and very professional with her work

I went to the salon twice. Once for a happy hour deal, and once for a haircut. They've one of the best hair styling section in Chittagong. The head messages, haircuts, color, or even something as simple as blow-dry is quite good. The mani-pedi section, however, needs a bit more improvement.

I took their gorgeous party makeover today, it is worst.. they got no sense of undertones.. made me two shades dark.. the foundation shade they have used was not even near to my skin tone.. low quality products, poor and unprofessional service.. totally disappointed..

Very satisfied with their service. I did my first hair colour. the person who did my colour gave a good suggestion and colour came out perfectly. Overall staff behaviour was also good. Will definitely continue to take their service.
