If i was able to give this hospital 0 stars i would. I’m from England and i have recently had my uncle admitted here for a fatal accident which he was involved in and all i can say is that this place is just money motivated! Money is not a problem but the pure fact that the service was completely terrible with no doctors or nurses available to treat him adequately, but they are so quick to ask for money for treatments which they haven’t performed suitably. Over a course of just one and a half days the bill racked up to over £3000 (3/4 lakh taka), which just confuses me as nothing was done! Doctors are just hungry for money and were not able to do their job properly! The supposed ‘high quality’ facility is just a facade for the actual neglect and disregard which takes place within this hospital. It’s absolutely appalling. Due to this, we then deemed it necessary to transfer him to Dhaka at United Hospital, where he is now getting better treatment. I would highly request others to not use this hospital if you are looking for sufficient treatments.

Horrible Experience!! Yes Like some others I also wish i could give them 0 or minus rating. Such a bad hospital to be when u r sick and need help. Staffs are terribly rude. They make u wait for long time and misbehaves even if u ask for the serial updates. Even the doctors are unprofessional. Especially in the endocrinology Department. The doctor did not even asked what is my issue or how I am feeling. Her assistant asked for my previous prescription from other doctor and the al haramain doctor started copying that prescription without even asking about my current condition. They do not communicate the patient's condition and future to dos properly and always in a hurry to jump to next patient. Even when there is one patient in the room they forcefully enters another one. No privacy, no professionalism, no good behaviour. Totally waste of ur money, time and risky place for ur health.

Generally better than most in comparison to what is available in this city, but still this place can benefit from a better management team that gives a lot more attention to details, such as touch surfaces, handles, doors and curtains, bed sheets, pillow caces as well as places where you can't reach with a mop, are being neglected, with visible build up of dirt and grime. In general the staff seem nice and polite. We booked a room which looked clean on the surface but we took extra precaution by wiping down all surfaces and it became clear that a better hygiene training and inspection needs to be inforced. Staff cleanliness and appearance requires a little closer inspection.

Very bad service. I went to visit them on 25th January 2022 to see an eye specialist. Whe n I went to their counter there was no queue to maintain from the managent. Upon suggesting to maintain a queue system their receptionist Ziaur Rahman's response was very negative. While he was talking his mask was coming out. Suggested him to wear the mask properly and eventually he took of his mask just to disobey me. Never had such behaviour fro. An hospital. I tried to complain officially. However, Al Haramain Hospital who portay as 5* don't have any official complaints management system.even when provided suggestions as a service user their behaviour was extremely rude.

Very poor service, we had to wait hours for bed sheet to be changed, some days they would not change at all.Most of the duty doctors had very little knowledge about patient care, they don’t sanitise their hands before and after touching patients even in this bad COVID situation.Also every time after the shift change we had to explain my patients current medical history to duty doctor as if they never read patients file.Room curtain had mould and after asking for several times they changed it. Al Haramain group must pay urgent attention to improve their service. This review was based on my father treatment at Al Haramain between 24th June 2021- 10 July 2021

One of the best Hospital in sylhet, but for this standard of Hospital they should have increase the sitting room facilities. As there are very few sit or chairs available maximum time most of the people have to stand the whole time. Also one of the most terrible thing that the doctors are always late. I have been here many times but this is one of the annoying thing in here. I have been also here the past 2 days but the the doctor have been always late. Yesterday she late about 1 hour and 16 minutes and today she also late about 1 hour and 11 minutes . I can't that this is best Hospital in that part,as the hospital management didn't fixed it still now.

Had three members of my family in this hospital put in for emergency stay within last 3 weeks they are bangladesh residents. As I have come from uk for 5 weeks and have been visiting regularly during my visit here in shylet. I've told my uncles to never use this hospital again as the service is terrible, disgusting and they are money scammers they don't care about you're health, they only care about how to make their money! I would never recommend anyone use this hospital! I've told all my family members in bdesh not to come here again! Alhamdullila they said they will never come back here! They said this is nothing new, service is always horrible here!

The service of the hospital is getting worse day by day in the ward. They do not provide you clean bed sheet nor they have ward boy not they have pillow covers!! My Father in Law has skin issues which needed urgent attention but it took them 24 hours to address the issue. This level of service is totally unacceptable where you still have to pay full amount to 50,000/60000 taka depending in your stay. The management should be hold accountability. How possibly we can say this is the best Hospital with out a proper service? We want just basic service yet it is not their. You might as well keep your patient at home and take care.

To be honest, this is one of the best privet hospital yet in sylhet (service and clean) however, Some of the admin staff already started to abuse the system. I have attached a picture of one of the member of staff who was constantly jumping the queue for his relatives/patient. Management should be aware of such staff members and take appropriate action where possible to maintain the reputation of the organisation. Right now it is one of best private hospitals in Sylhet.It is equipped with all the modern equipments and services. In term of structural design it has wheelchair accessible entrance,parking,and lift. In case of the services, they very responsible and doctors are always available here, also they have the Emergency Department. In term of the environment, this hospital is very clean,and they maintain the hygiene very strictly.Beside this, the canteen service aslo good enough.But their treatments and service charge are very high.

আলহারামাইন (Al Haramain Hospital) তাদের দাবি এটা নাকি ৫ স্টার এবং সম্পুর্ণ বিদেশের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যতা পুর্ন হসপিটাল। এটা হচ্ছে তাদের সবচেয়ে ব্যয়বহুল ডিলাক্স কেভিন। এটার অবস্থা যদি এই হয়, বৃষ্টিতে সমস্ত রুম ফ্লাড হয়ে যায়। শুধু তাই নয়, বাহির থেকে খাবারদাবার আনা নিষিদ্ধ, অথচ তাদের কিচেনের প্রাইসিং এবং দু‘তিনটা (মারাত্মক) কম্পলেইন এখানে নাই বললাম। যদিও তারা এপোলাইজ হয়েছে, তারপরও। নোট: অবশ্যই তাদের ইনফর্ম করা হয়েছে। কিন্তু, তাদের ভাষ্যমতে এটা কোন ব্যাপারই না, তারা হচ্ছে ৫ স্টার তাদের সাথে অন্য কারো তুলনা চলবে না।

I took my aunt from London to Al Haramain Hospital after she had a fall and fractured her left arms and right hips and they kept her in the hospital for 27 days without surgery because the doctors and nurses are very incompetent and not professional and its all about making money especially from foreign patients. I would NEVER recommend this hospital as it lacks medical competency and overcharges you for everything. The hospital facility is new and it looks good but service is below standard

Al Haramain Hospital not good currently. Specially, they are bathroom, doors, comot & doors lock etc. Cabin room roof & fan dirty. In hospital have expansive chairs but, not comfutable . I feel like they AC not work. Just appear for show off. By the way, i have never seen system like restaurant rules of al haramain hospital . And restaurant foods price too much. That hospital haven’t enough space indor& outdoor. It's my opinion about that hospital.

আসলে আমি -৫* দিতে ইচ্ছে হচ্ছে। গত ১৪-১২-২০১৭ ইংরেজি তারিখে আমি আমার আব্বুকে নিয়ে এখানে এসে ডাক্তার শাহেদ আহমদ কে দেখাই এবং উনি আমাদেরকে কিছু পরিক্ষা করানোর জন্য বলেন। আমরা পরিক্ষা করাই আমাদেরকে লিখে দেয়া হয় যে ১৭-১২-২০১৭ তারিখে রিপোর্ট দেয়া হবে। এখানেই ঘটনা রিপোর্ট নিতে কাইন্টারে যাই যাওয়ার পরে ইসিজি রিপোর্ট খুজে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না আমাকে প্রায় ১ ঘণ্টা বসিয়ে রেখে তারা বললেন যে স্যার আপনার রিপোর্ট খুজে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে না। এই নাকি ৫ তারকা হাসপাতাল ।

For Sylhet region a good newsish private clinic. If you’re from abroad, then this is nice, clean and organised. Not obviously same as the UK hospitals. Best restaurant of Sylhet is located at their top floor of Hospital. Their food is so tasty, healthy, hygienic and you will get these by unbelievably low price! So I would say this the best is Sylhet and one of the best in country. We tried their set menu for lunch then we added some extra items to test because of the taste and price.

The architecture, air conditioning is good.The service is also good. But they need to be more professional at the reception.Some staffs do not know how to speak with patients and attendants. They should get more doctors to service. This hospital is costly. But you can get cost reduction if you will.

ব্লাড কালেকশনে অযথাই বিলম্ব করা হয়।লোকগুলোকে অদক্ষ। নার্সদের ব্যবহার খুবই নিম্নমানের। যেনো ওরা কোনো সরকারি হাসপাতালে চাকরি করছে। তাদের ম্যানার শিক্ষার ট্রেইনিং দেয়া প্রয়োজন বলে মনে করি।
