Insaf Barakah Kidney & General Hospital, located at 11 Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Ave. A few doctors and social workers collectively established “Insaf diagnostic & consultation centre” at New Eskaton in Dhaka in the year 1997 with its sole objective and vision of “High tech service at Reasonable cost.” They also established a specialized Kidney Hospital in 1999, namely “The Barakah Kidney Hospital and Research Institute Ltd.” with the same objective & vision. সেবার মান ভাল নয়। গত ২৪.০২.২০১৬ তারিখে প্রাম থেকে আসা আমার এক শিশু রোগীর প্রস্রাবের রাস্তায় সমস্যার কারনে অন্য এক ডাক্তারের পরামর্শে ভর্তি হয়। ২৬.০২.২০১৬ তারিখ সকালে যথারীতি অপারেশন হয়। অপারেশনের দিন শুক্রবার দিবাগত রাত থেকে তার পাতলা পায়খানা শুরু হয়। পরিস্হিতি জটিল আকার ধারন করলে হাসপাতাল কর্তৃপক্ষ তাকে স্যালাইন, ম্যাট্রিল সিরাপ দেয় এবং রোগীর অভিবাবকদেরকে নরমাল স্যালাইন খাওয়াতে বলে। নরমাল স্যালাইন কি পরিমানে বা কতটুকু খাওয়াতে হবে সে বিষয়ে কোন দিক নির্দেশনা না থাকায় তারা স্যালাইন খাওয়াতে থাকে। এতে করে শিশুটির অবস্থা খারাপ হতে থাকে। গতকাল ২৯.০২.১৬ তারিথে শিশুটির রক্ত পরীক্ষা করলে দেখা যায় তার দেহে লবনের পরিমান বেড়ে গিয়ে মারাত্বক স্বাস্থ্য ঝুঁকি দেখা দেয় এবং তাদের ওখানে তার চিকিৎসা নেই বলে জানায় এবং আমাদের রোগীকে ইকবাল রোডের কেয়ার হসপিটালে পাঠায় যা অত্যান্ত ব্যয়বহুল। তাদের ভুল চিকিৎসার কারনে যে অতিরিক্ত ব্যায় বহন করতে হচ্ছে এবং শিশুটির যে স্বাস্থ্য ঝুঁকি দেখা দিয়েছে তার দায়ভার কে হাসপাতাল কর্তৃপক্ষ এড়াতে পারে।

Insaf barakah is one of the best hospital for removal of kidney and gall bladder stones. Though it's a general hospital and you may get all sorts of medical treatments here but specially stone patients do visit here always due to its specialisation and special doctors. Dr. Matiur Rahman is the popular one here and also in Dhaka city. The hospital is a bit disciplined in terms of it's service with respect to pathological tests and patient management. Several occasions the hospital offers free treatment camp for all sorts of patients. It is located in Mogbazar area near railgate. Once it was a busy place but now it's a bit relaxed area due to flyover.

A hospital where you can find different consultants and medical services under the same roof. It's a mediocre hospital for people with limited budget. My mother got her thyroid tumour surgery from here. Surgeon was good but they don't provide enough attention or professionalism post surgery. The doctor only visited my mother for 2 mints to follow up. Otherwise the hospital is over crowded. Getting a cabin can be a real tough. You can come here if you have limited budget but you have to consider the facilities.

Very reasonable and well maintained hospital. Drs are very skilled , proficient and experienced. All the staffs , nurses , receptionists are well behaved. Very happy to get their service. If any of my family members or relatives get sick I am surely recommend them to this hospital. Special thanks to Surgeon Dr Rafiques Salehin. He is such a humorous , humble person who make his patients very comfortable.

My experience in this hospital is amazing. The treatment level and behaviour are very good. There are high quality laboratory instruments for test. They have highly qualified and well experienced pathologist, which makes me confident about the accuracy of the test and report. Finally, from my point of view, Professor Dr. Ehteshamul Haque will be the best choice for Kidney Disease.

Insaf Barakha,২০১৮ সালে আমি PCL অপারেশন করি,অপারেশনের পরে যখন অবজারভেশনে রাখে তখন আমার শরিরের ছাড়ছিল আর আমার ডান পায়ে অনেক যন্ত্রণা হচ্ছিলো তাতে আমি আমার পার্শে থাকা নার্সকে বার বার অনুরোধ করার পরেও একটু আমার পা টিপে দাইনী অথচ নার্স গুলো হাসি আড্ডা করে যাচ্ছিল,তাই অনুরোধ করবো কর্তৃপক্ষকে ও সেবায় থাকা নার্স আপুদের একটু সুন্দর বাবহার করার। ধন্যবাদ

Eco করাতে রাত ৮ঃ৩০ টার মধ্যে আসতে বলেছিলো, এখন রাত ১১ঃ০৫ বাজে ডাক্তার সাহেব এখনো রোগী দেখছেন। যেমন খয়রাতি মার্কা হাসপাতাল যেমন ফকিন্নি মার্কা ডাক্তার। প্রফেশনালিজমের "প" ও যদি এদের মধ্যে থাকতো! স্টাফ এসে আবার অলমোস্ট হাফের বেশি লাইট অফ করে গিয়েছে। কোন ভূতে যে আমাকে কামড়িয়েছিলো যে বাসার পাশে ইবনে সিনহা এবং সিরাজুল ইসলাম ছেড়ে এইখানে আসছিলাম।

Hospital is very important of our regular life...Beacause w don’t know who are feeling diseases or when they face die or how they feel....in this hospital... খুবই বাজে সার্ভিস, আনপ্রফেশনাল। রোগি কম বলে এসি বন্ধ করে রাখে। ডাক্তাররা টেস্ট দিলে এরা বুঝেও না কি টেস্ট দিসে; এরে ওরে ফোন করতে থাকে। Awful service, unprofessional. Shutdown their A.C. saying that they do not have enough patient to deal. Their personnel don't even know what test is given by doctors.

Excellent Hospital.Mainly,it is diagnostic center.Few years back it was infront of Mona Tower.To accompany with increase demand it shifted to this location.It is very spacious.All form diagnosis test can be perfomed here.Doctor,nurse and staff are very friendly.Every floor have space salat space.

Insaf Barakah Hospital is good for kidney disease treatment and also general treatment. Out door unit is quite impressive because of plenty of good doctors are available here. Hospital emergency unit is poor. However their dailysys unit ok . And cost is average. It in central location of dhaka.

Doctors & nurses are good but the attendant/cleaner are horrible. I stayed four days but when in need you will find nobody, but gossips all-time & give you so many advices. You can't take rest because of their hue & cry. I'm talking about unit-2. It's reflects poor hospital management …

ঢাকার ভিতর সবচেয়ে বাজে হাসপাতাল স্টাফ এই হাসপাতালে। নামেই শুধু ইনসাফ বারাকা, নামাযের জায়গার যাচ্ছেতাই অবস্থা, মহিলাদের নামাযের জায়গার অবস্থাতো শোচনীয়। স্টাফদের ব্যবহারে মনে হয় আমরা তাদের চাকর শুধুমাত্র ডাঃ লাকী রহমানের জন্য গেছিলাম, ম্যাডামের ব্যবহার অতুলনীয়।

মুটামুটি ভালো মানের হসপিটাল। খরচ কম। পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন লাগলো বেশ। শুধু কিডনি না জেনারেল আরো অনেক ট্রিটমেন্ট হয়। মগবাজারের বেশ সন্নিকটেই এটার অবস্থান। চতুর্থ তলায় পাবলিক লিফট অপশন নাই এটা হতাশ করেছে। ছোট খাটো সার্জারি করার পর সিড়ি দিয়ে নামানো কষ্টকর।

Very annoying situation. Staffs are not professional and very slow. System management is also poor. Takes half an hour to deliver a pathological report. Who ever comes to receive report the staff keep them sitting as he is unable to find out the report.

ইনসাফ বারাকা কিডনি ও জেনারেল হাসপাতালটি বেশ প্রসিদ্ধ। ৮ তলা বিশিষ্ট এই হাসপাতাল কিডনি ও এ সংক্রান্ত রোগীদের জন্য বিশেষায়িত। ভেতরটা সুপ্রসস্থ ও পরিস্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন। স্টাফদের আচরণ খুব সন্তোষজনক। এছাড়া এখানে কিডনি রোগীদের ডায়ালাইসিসের ব্যবস্থাও রয়েছে।

If you book a cabin, you won't get some basic facilities like toothbrush, towel, tissue etc. So it's very disappointing. But my father's gall bladder surgery was successful so, I'm thankful for that. But they should upgrade their service.
