Present in charge is not cooperative to her clients. She Doe's not belong the position for customer service related position. There is no way to complain against her. If the head of the department behave like that than nothing to comment about her agents and supportive staffs. Some of the visa agents behave well with the clients. Indian Government should monitor the sector. Bangladesh Government should also do something for the better treatment of its citizens.

খুলানা বা তার আশেপাশের জেলা যেমন সাতক্ষীরা, বাগেরহাট ইত্যাদি জেলার মানুষ যারা ভারতে চিকিৎসা বা ভ্রমন করতে যায় তাদের জন্য এই হাই কমিশন টি বিশেষ গুরুত্ব বহন করে। ঢাকাতে না গিয়ে এখানে পাসপোর্ট জমা দিয়ে ভারতের ভিসা প্রাপ্তি এখন আগের চেয়ে ঝামেলাহীন হয়েছে। এখানে ভিসা আবেদন জমা নেওয়া শুরু হয় সকাল ৮:৩০ থেকে যেটা ১২ বা ১ টা প্রযন্ম চলে। একজন আবেদনকে কারীকে অবশ্যই যে সাক্ষাৎকার এর তারিখ দেওয়া হয় ঐ দিনই আসতে হয়। আর ভিসা সহ পাসপোর্ট ডেলিভারী দেওয়া হয় দুপুর ৩টা থেকে।

Very slow process, need concern of authority to care about work-speed from the respected employee, normally the Girls employee are most slower after doing one passport operation, they start gossip with each other, time has a great value, they need to remind it and have to give emphasize on it.

Staffs are rude and the waiting rooms don't have enough chairs to seat. The whole premise is crowded and the waiting lines are crazy long. You can loose your interest and taste of visiting India if you visit Visa office. Beware of pick pocketers and dalals running all over the place.

অনেক লেট করে।রুমের ভেতর আনেক বেশী গরম। এসি আছে চলেনা।একটা রুমে ৫০/৬০ জন লোক শুধু ৩টা ওয়াল ফান এক সাইডে।খুবই বাজে অবস্থা।
