It was a journey started 15 years ago,when he sells thistle infront of school market. He prepared his secret ingredients mix and make the thistle very tasty. Thus makes him very popular at that time. People from far away visited his shop just to taste this awsome thistle. His business starts to grow. The current restaurant is the blessing of that success story. The owner of this restaurant is Kuddus. He owns another business in gazipur main bazar. His technique of preparing thistle is so unique thus makes it yummy and tasty! Current restaurant is not limited to only thistle but all other food items also Included,example: chotpoti,faluda,fuchka amd other drinks items. As far as i know, he bought land and build house by doing this business. It is really an inspiring story! and there are many things to learn from this. You'll Always succeed if you love your business and your customer.

একদা কুদ্দুসের ঝালমুড়ি মানে একনামে সবাই চিনে। জয়দেবপুরে শহিদ স্মৃতি স্কুলের পাশে কুদ্দুসের ছোট দোকান ছিলো। বিকেল থেকে সন্ধ্যা রাত পর্যন্ত সবাই সিরিয়াল ধরে তার ঝাল মুড়ি খেতে আসতো। এই ঝালমুড়ি বেচে সে স্বপ্ন দেখলো বড় একটা রেস্টুরেন্ট দিবে, দিয়েছোও তাই। কিন্তু কুদ্দুস ফুড পার্ক নামে এই রেস্টুরেন্ট দেয়ার পর থেকে তার আন্তরিকতা কমে গেল এবং ভাব দাম্ভিকতা বেরে গেলো। আস্তে আস্তে খাবারের মান খারাপ হতে থাকলো। এখন কিছু দম্পতি সেখানে সময় কাটাতে যায়, ঝালমুড়ির টেস্ট নিতে হয়।

It’s was a nice restaurant or caffe. Looks like a foreign structure . It’s lighting of insides monitoring of customers cooking of cookers, behaviour of waiter everything is awesome. It was my first visit of this caffe but I was pleased. Everybody should visit at least one time to make their boredom into refreshment.

An average but highly rated food park in the local area.There foods didn't seem too special to me (as the local say) but they were good. I liked their service, they really care their customer.The environment is pleasing also,you don't get to see such decoration in every food park.

Overall environment was nice. Well spacious sitting arrangement. Good place for arranging mini office or family parties. Well dressed up waiters can add value to the service. The present name of this park is "Food Village"

কুদ্দুস মামা জনপ্রিয় ছিলো তার বিখ্যাত মুড়ির জন্য কিন্তু এখন কুদ্দুস ফুড পার্কের মালিকানা পরিবর্ত্ন হওয়ার ফলে এখন আর ঝাল মুড়ি বিক্রি করে না।তবে তাদের খাবারের মান মুটামুটি ভাল।

This place is very low budget tea stall type restaurant. If you have no way to find better restaurant or if you want to have a meal in few money you can take your meal here.

Fuska. Chatpoti. Burger etc can serve. Now they provide rice and vegetable, vorta, fish atlunch time. Food re testy, price are moderate. Good behave to customer.
