Dhaka International University was established on 7 April, 1995. It is one of the leading, familiar and note-worthy private universities in Bangladesh. It is a non-profitable institution having strict academic discipline. Dhaka International University (DIU) is an institution that promotes eastern culture and values, and meaningfully blends eastern and western thought and innovation. As an institution of higher learning that promotes and inculcates ethical standards, values and norms, DIU is committed to the ideals of equal opportunity, transparency, and non-discrimination. At present, the university has more than 6,000 students enrolled on merit basis in different departments. At present there are about 540 students in the department of English. The Department of English offers four programs to its students. Besides a 4-year Bachelor degree in both day and evening shifts, there is a 1-year Masters Program as well as a 2.5-year Masters Program. The Department of English has undertaken to foster the transformation of individual students and the country as a whole through educational and research facilities responding to the increased demand of the day on the English language.

It's newly established University but already offers VA kind of graduate and undergraduate programs with few other special programs. The main campus are situated in Bashkhali, Bhairab though I just visited Banani Campus. Dhaka International University is the best private university with low cost .The university have permanent campus located as Satarkul, Badda, Dhaka. They have big library, rich laboratories ,Highly experience faculty member, transport facilities , wi-fi facilities,hostel facilities medical facilities etc. Anyone can take admission confidently this university with no confusion.

The main problem is there is no wide specious rcc or bituminous Road here. This road is like 90s. Nobody knows when the transportation issue will be solved. The bus and hiace drop us in the middle of the Mud road. When its happened little bit rain, the road become a river. If you want to study here, make sure you are capable of bearing these depression.

The DIU is a good enough educational institution. Everything here. There is no need for unnecessary or unnecessary here. Besides, the cost of education here is less taken by thinking of the middle class.I have to say that there is no comparison of the university in this regard. Besides, the quality of education here is also comparatively good.
