মৃদু বাতাস—পাখ-পাখালির ডাক—শান্ত-শীতল—নিরিবিলি—Peace. এক্সিস্টিং গাছের সাথে প্রায় ৪০০০ নতুন ম্যানগ্রোভ গাছের চারা রোপণ করা নির্মল ছোট্টো সুন্দর পার্কটাতে পা ফেলতে মন ভালো হবে। পার্কের ভেতরটা মোটামুটি গোছানো। খানিক হেঁটে বা ভেতরটা ঘুরে রেস্ট নিয়ে নদীর পাড়ে যাবেন। আগে গেলেও সমস্যা নেই। আবহাওয়াটা খুব বেশি অনুকূলে ছিল। বাতাসটা খুবই প্রশান্তি দিয়েছে। আকাশ মুহুর্মুহু রঙ বদলাচ্ছিল, কিন্তু নদীর পানির সাথে ছিল প্রোপারলি এলাইন্ড! দূরে-বহুদূরে ছিল একটা ঝাপসা সুন্দর ইন্দ্রধনু। মাঝে মাঝে ছোটো-বড়ো নৌকা, নেভির প্র‍্যাক্টিস শিপ পাড়ে স্রোত আছড়ে ফেলেছে। শব্দটা সুদিং, ছন্দটা আনন্দের। কুকু্রের প্রকৃতি এঞ্জয় আর বকের মাছ ধরা পরিবেশটা আরও সুন্দর করেছে। চমৎকার একটা সময় পার করতে পারবেন প্রিয়জনের সাথে — দ্যাটস ফর শিওর। যাওয়ার কায়দা: সোনাডাঙা থেকে অটো রিজার্ভ করলে ১৬০-২০০ টাকায় চলে যাওয়া যাবে। সময় লাগবে ৩০মিনিট। সিঙ্গেল ভেঙে যেতে ৩০-৩৫ টাকা(নিচে দেখানো রুটের নাম অনুসারে যেতে হবে)। এক্ষেত্রে সময় লাগবে মিনিমাম ৪৫ মিনিট থেকে ১ ঘন্টার কাছাকাছি। রুট: সোনাডাঙা-গল্লামারী-বিশ্বরোড-রূপসা-শেখ রাসেল ইকো পার্ক। কারা যাবেন: যারা খুলনায় আছেন, একটু নিশ্বাস নিতে চান, নদী আর সবুজ দেখতে চান, যাদের হাতে ঘন্টা দু-তিনেক সময় আছে, তারা। উইকেন্ডে নিজে/বন্ধু-বান্ধব/ফ্যামিলি নিয়ে যেতে পারেন নিশ্চিন্তে। বাইক রাখার ছোটো একটা ছাউনি দেওয়া যায়গা আছে। একজন পার্কে ঢোকার জন্য টাকা চাইতে পারে। স্থানীয়।টাকা দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক না মোটেই। সময় থাকলে কথা বলবেন, তাছাড়া কথা না বাড়িয়ে ১০ টাকা দিয়ে নিজের সময় বাঁচাবেন। নদীর পাড়ে দুইটা-তিনটা ছোটো ছোটো চা-পানি-চুনি খাওয়ার দোকান আছে। তবে এর বাইরে খাবার কিছু খেতে চাইলে নিজের মতো নিয়ে যাওয়াটা বুদ্ধিমানের। আর আলো-বাতাস-আকাশ-নদী-সবুজ তো আছেই। পেট ভরে খেয়ে আসবেন। পরিবেশটা এখনও যাওয়ার মতো আছে। যারা এটা পড়ছেন, যাওয়ার জন্য মনস্থির করছেন, নিজের আর পরিবেশের কথা ভেবে যায়গাটা অন্তত নোংরা করে আসবেন না। হ্যাপি রোমিং!

There is nothing new to say about Sheikh Russell Eco Park. The place is very beautiful. It is very nice to see the natural scenery around. There are currently plans to renovate the park, which is why it is now under construction.. Hopefully in the future it will be a park of very high quality. I think this place is the best in Khulna if you want to enjoy the beautiful environment and the silence of the river next to it. #When I go here, I feel as if I have merged with nature.

Sheikh Russell Eco Park is an important park in Khulna. Every day a lot of people come here to spend their leisure time. The environment here was very good before because of the attention of the authorities. But as time goes by, the condition of this park is getting worse. The park is not yet fully built. The condition of the area has deteriorated due to human influences before it was built.

Went there on a friday. The place was utterly beautiful and enjoyable. I was concerned of safety issue and transportation. But there was no problem whatsoever. A gentle breeze was available all the time I spent there. A natural beauty chilled up my mind. Recommend place for refreshment.

Clearly the best park you will observe in Khulna! But its still under construction!! Some places already got destroyed because of lack of maintenance!!! New, so still its not much dirty yet (People will make it dirty soon anyway lol) Need proper care!

Situated at the bank of Rupsha river.The development work is in progress. You can enjoy fresh air & lovely view of sunset from here at the evening. But transport system is extremely poor especially in rainy season
