"The place is closed when i got there"
The place is closed when i got there. Didn't even made it to the inside. But a guy (possibly the owner) did come out when i gave the number i found here on google maps a call. He gave me a brochure saying their Pyin-Oo-Lwin branch is open and maybe i should try there.
