It's a nice attraction to visit at the evening in the city. The fountain changes it's colours and also the power of the water stream. Many locals also spend their time watching it while drinking and eating their supper. Or others exercising at the park or on the street.
It is a Sweet and Lovely place beside Mandalay Old Palace and Moat. It will be great to have a similar or better Water Fountain at the opposite side of the palace.

At night, it is very crowded. It is not Ok for me.
