大通公園のランドマークとして、今も尚存在感を保っているスポットです。 『テレビ塔』という名前がありますが、現在ではほとんどのテレビ送信所は手稲山に移されており、このテレビ塔を使用した放送波の発信・中継・転送は数局のみとなっているため、ここほぼ観光のためのスポット、と考えた方が良さそうです。 さっぽろテレビ塔は、いくつかの飲食店もしくは飲食スペースがあるものの、基本的に地上90mのところにある展望台とお土産屋で構成されています。エレベーターで3階のスカイラウンジまで上り、スカイラウンジにある展望台のチケットを購入します（3階のスカイラウンジまでは無料で利用できます）。展望台までは専用のエレベーターで上ります。札幌駅に直結するJRタワーの展望台が地上160mであるのに対し、国内には100mを超える展望台が多数あるため、地上90mという高さはやや物足りない感じるかもしれません。加えてテレビ塔周辺にはいくつか高層ビルが立ち並び、一部の景色はそのビルに妨げられてしまっています。あまり大きな期待を持たない方がいいかもしれません。さらに、テレビ塔の構造上、鉄骨が展望台を貫通している状態である箇所がいくつかあり、それが展望台をより狭く感じさせています。特に背の高い人は頭をぶつける可能性が高いため、展望台内の通行には注意が必要です。同時に車椅子等の障碍を持つ方も、全く通行出来ないわけではないですが、貫通した鉄骨が通行を狭苦しく感じさせているのは否めません。 札幌観光の記念に、一度は上ってみてもいいかもしれませんが、何度も訪れたくなるスポットとは言い難いと思います。 It's a landmark of Odori Park and still maintains a strong presence. Take the elevator up to the Sky Lounge on the 3rd floor and purchase a ticket for the observation deck in the Sky Lounge (the ride to the Sky Lounge on the 3rd floor is free). A special elevator will take you up to the observation deck. The observation deck of the JR Tower, which is directly connected to Sapporo Station, is 160 meters above the ground, and there are many observation decks in Japan that are more than 100 meters above the ground, so the height of 90 meters above the ground may seem a little inadequate. In addition, there are several skyscrapers in the vicinity of the TV tower, and some of the views are obstructed by these buildings. It might be better not to have too high expectations. In addition, due to the structure of the TV tower, there are several places where the steel frame penetrates through the observation deck, which makes the observation deck seem smaller than it is. Tall people in particular need to be careful when passing through the observation deck, as there is a high possibility of hitting their heads. At the same time, it's not impossible for people with disabilities, such as wheelchairs, to pass through the observatory, but it is undeniable that the penetrating steel frame makes it feel narrower than it is. You may want to go up there once to commemorate your visit to Sapporo, but it's not a spot you will want to visit again and again.

We visited on a sat afternoon. Did not pre purchase tickets and only purchased the ticket on the spot. The entrance is at lvl1 and you can take a lift to lvl 3 where the ticket counter is. We purchased 2 adults tickets and it's free entry for our kids (both 5 years and below). Once you purchase the tickets, its recommended to go to the toilet first as there are no toilets at the top where the observatory is. Passing thru the ticket counter, you will come to the lift lobby to take the lifts to the top of the observation deck. The lift has transparent glass walls on all 4 sides so it allows you to view through as the lift goes all the way up (takes around 60s). You will get to observe the internal structure of the tower as well as look through down to where the city and other sights are. Once at the top, you will come to a small observation deck with glass windows to allow you to observe the scenery beyond. All around, you will see tables set up to display the souvenirs for purchase. One has to mind your head as you walk about the small observation deck as the metal structures and beams are all around. We were there around 12pm, so taking pictures was a challenge as it was too bright and sunny outside. Maybe it would be nicer probably around sunset time? We did not spent more than 30mins up at the observation deck as there was nothing much to see actually.

Having traveled around Japan a fair bit and making it a point to go up the towers whenever we have a chance, this one was nothing super special. It was an older style elevator, gift shop and area. The top of the tower was pretty cool and had great views of Sapporo (that's what you should expect from a Japan tower!). Nothing disappointing, but nothing super special about this one. Our rainy June day provided for only mediocre views. The restaurants in the lobby/underground area were busy the day we came, but outside of randomly picking a noodle shop, there was a great sushi place we were very satisfied to visit. Make sure you check the coin machines, at the time of our visit in June 2023, they had a Stitch version, which was my unique favorite.

We visited the tower at sunset in order to see the view both in daylight and at night. It costs JPY1000 to go up 90.38m to the observation deck, where we can get 360 degrees view all around Sapporo. Take the lift to 3F, buy ticket, and take another lift up to the top. The sun sets behind the mountain range to the west. The observation deck also sells many souvenirs at a reasonable price, comparable to those in other shops. OK to visit if you have time to kill or if getting a high vantage point of view is a priority, otherwise you don't lose much (in fact save enough for a ramen) not going up the tower.

2023年8月 会食後にテレビ塔へ 大通公園を東に向かい、ネオンに照らされたテレビ塔が見えてきます。 近付けば、美味しそうな香味の香りが！　一階でビアガーデン、みなさんジンギスカン他で楽しく歓談されています。 その様子を右手に見ながら、エレベーターで3階へ。結構時間が掛かります。（何故かは帰りに判明） 3階に着いたら、十数名の行列！　この時間に？　やはり皆さん、夜景を見たいのですね♪ しばらくしたら券売所に着き、割引券100円引きの900円、タッチ決済で購入。奥のエレベーターで上空へ。 展望台フロア、90.38ｍに到達。 360度ぐるっと一周、札幌市街の夜景が望めます♪ ガラスの窓は外側に傾いており、なかなかの眺望です。テレビ父さん神社？　大阪のビリケンではないが、鳥居横のオブジェに触ると良いことがある？ 十分に堪能して、エレベーターで3階まで降ります。お土産売り場を通過して、一階までエレベーターか、階段か、折角なので階段で！　これが意外、一階までの階段が多い！　降りても降りても着きません。やっと一階に着いて、上りのエスカレーターの時間が掛かったことが理解出来ました。 良い運動となりました。

札幌テレビ塔、その存在自体が札幌のシンボルとも言える場所であり、私たち夫婦にとって訪れる価値がありました。雨に煙る夜景は完璧ではありませんでしたが、それでも灯りが揺れる幻想的な景色は特別な体験となりました。 テレビ塔の展望台からは、札幌市内を一望できるはずでしたが、天気の影響で視界はやや制限されてしまいました。しかし、雨が街を包む独特の雰囲気と、キラキラと光る街並みは、晴れた日には味わえない美しさを提供してくれました。 塔の内部には、観光客のためのお土産ショップやレストランもあり、雨宿りをしながらも十分に楽しむことができました。スタッフの方々も親切で、雨で少し残念な気持ちを感じている私たちに、温かい笑顔と親切な対応をしてくれました。 もちろん、晴れた日の壮大な夜景を楽しみにしていた部分はありましたが、それでも札幌テレビ塔は私たちにとって素晴らしい思い出を提供してくれました。次回は晴れた日に再訪し、改めてその魅力を堪能したいと思います。雨の日でも楽しめる札幌テレビ塔、夫婦での訪問におすすめのスポットです。

Sapporo TV Tower is a famous attraction located in the east side of Odori Park. It looks like a smaller version of Tokyo Tower and is very eye-catching. The observation deck reception is located on the 3rd floor, where you can also find their souvenir shop. Although the observation deck is not large, the view is beautiful, especially at night. I highly recommend visiting the tower at night to enjoy the stunning view of the city lights.

これも北海道の代表的な建築物で「顔」人気なるかな。 札幌大通り公園にそびえる1957(昭和32)年完成の高さ147mの鉄塔タワー。 電波発信塔として建設され、現在では電波発信の機能は僅かだが機能している。 その象徴的な電光時計は1969(昭和36)年、松下電工(現パナソニック)によるもの。 近年は周囲に高層のビルも建ち、以前ほどの存在感は感じられなくなったが、それでも札幌の象徴として堂々と建つ。 地上一階はチケット売場・案内所。 地下はさっぽろ地下街と接続していて、飲食店フロアーとなる。 3階よりエレベーターで地上90mの有料の展望台。 さっぽろ雪まつりでは、こちらからの映像が有名。

Great view of the city. Easy and fast access. Wasn’t crowded but nearing sunset many people arrived. Everyone gave each other space and didn’t bother each other. Downside, we wanted somewhere to sit down but it’s so small and older people had already claimed the seats. & buy souvenirs elsewhere…

さっぽろテレビ塔（大通公園） 北海道札幌駅から徒歩10分ほどのところにあります。大通り公園、時計台、旧北海道道庁舎などの観光名所もたくさん集まる地域なので、観光には外せない場所です。 3階に入場料券売り場がある他、テレビ塔オフィシャル売店、ルタオや六花亭のお菓子も買えるみやげ物店、レストラン、地下飲食店街等、施設が充実しています。 １階には雪印パーラーがあり、スノーロイヤルスペシャルバニラという皇室御用達のバニラアイスが美味しいです。 大通り公園の奥の大倉山ジャンプ競技場まで一望出来て、夜は美しくロマンチックな札幌の夜景が一望出来ます。

大通公園のシンボルにして、147mという程々の高さと存在感。札幌の景観の一部として、主張しすぎずに街に溶け込むそのバランスが素晴らしい。 個人的には、昼に見るよりも夜間帯のイルミネーションと、展望台からの夜景が最高。東京のツリーのように、下界を見下ろしている感じではなく、夜景を眺めているという感じが丁度良い。 …ただ、展望台スペースが結構狭いのだけが難点。 時期ごとに各種イベントもやっていて、札幌を訪れた際にはチェックしてしまう。中々に魅力的な施設。

北海道グルメ・観光ツアー。 函館、旭川を経て札幌へ。 昼ご飯で初スープカレーを食べ、夜ご飯まで少し観光。 札幌にしょっちゅう来ているが初めて来た。 大通り公園で『ミュンヘンクリスマス市』のイベントをやっていた。 さっぽろテレビ塔、なんかいいね。 夜ご飯でジンギスカン、〆ラーメン、〆パフェを食べてから、ホテル戻る時も寄ってみたら、大通り公園もライトアップされて綺麗だった。

高さ、展望台の広さ、居心地の悪さ（座るところもない）を勘案すると、ちょっと入場料1000円は割高に感じます。良いところを挙げるならすぐに展望台に上がれること、それほど高くないことが、かえって程よい高さで夜景などはよく見えるでしょう。 展望台に上がるエレベーターはシースルーなので、展望台に着いた時パッと開ける驚きはありませんが、骨組みなどの鉄骨萌えには良いです。地下鉄からは大通り公園駅の地下の道を突き当たりまで行ったところになり、寒くても外を歩かなくても済むのは大きいです。

冬の季節に昼夜2回訪れました。 周囲に高い建物がないので、展望台からは札幌市の先の方まで見渡すことができました。 昼には雪に包まれた札幌市を堪能することができて、夜は輝くネオンサインを遠くまで堪能できました。 ベタといえばベタな観光地ですが、入場料もそれほど高くないし、近くの時計台と合わせて札幌市の観光コースに組み込んでもいいと思います。

秋の時期でしたので紅葉とライトアップが綺麗でした。ライトアップはずっと同じ光ではなく変化がありました。 平日に旅行で行きましたがテレビ塔のまわりの公園は昼も夜も結構賑わっていました。 札幌駅からは歩くと少し遠く感じますが、噴水があったり花もたくさん植えてあったりといい場所だと思いました。

お盆休みに家族旅行で札幌へ行った時に観光しました。大通りでは、ちょうとビアガーデンもやっていて大盛り上がりでした。ちょうどトウモロコシと、じゃがバターの屋台が出店していたので近くのベンチに座っていただきました。値段もそんな高くなかったように思います。とても美味しかったです。

札幌にきたら時計台と一緒にシンボルであるテレビ塔へ。昼と夜でまったく違う景色がみれます。再入場はできませんが昼夜で行くなら割引のチケットがあります。札幌に宿泊されるならぜひ夜も上ってください。10月初旬に行ったのですが、今年はまだ紅葉が遅いせいで大通り公園が青々としてましたが晴れやかな空とマッチしてきれいな写真が撮れました。

夜に行くと、地上からはテレビ塔のライトアップが、展望台からは360度の札幌の夜景が楽しめる。 1ヵ所、窓が傾いており、真下が見える。 怖窓(こわそう)と名前が付いていた。 展望台入場料¥1000。 支払いはクレジット、iD、楽天Edy、nanaco、WAON、SUICAが使える。

入場料1000円が割高に感じてしまって展望台まで行かなかったのですが、中は昭和の観光地の雰囲気が結構あります。 レトロなテレビ塔は外から眺めるだけでも割と満足度がある気がします。 スノミクの立て看板がありました❄️
