Real bad service specially the person named Kawai. Asking for a perfume displayed, she plainly said « out of stock » (although it was displayed) without any explanation ir even trying to propose alternatives perfume. Looks like she would be better in Cosco!!!
This Hermès in Haneda Airport is very spacious like all the other stores we have been to in Japan. The difference was how quiet it was. The other stores are usually bustling and often need queuing before entry. … もっと見る
