We were in Kyoto 2 months ago as part of our trip to Japan. The store was nicely decorated and there were plenty of choices. What impressed us most was the atmosphere of the store. The salespeople were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they always put customers' interests at the top. When we need to buy Skechers again, we will certainly go back. Very friendly staff, good service. I wanted to get a pair of comfortable shoes to walk when I travel to Kyoto. The female staff here made some recommendations and helped me to get a few sizes. My size is a bit wired but she found the perfect fitting for me with great patience. Highly recommend! 店員さん、ありがとうございました！:)

Reached there before their closing time but they've already close the shutters. There were still customers being serviced inside but wasn't allowed to go in. Disappointed since i've alr decided on the pair that i wanted when i first visited and had to replace what i was wearing for my trip there.

Good experience! Had to get some comfortable slip ons that don't look ridiculous and this was a great place. Foreigner friendly and I found what I needed in under 20 minutes.

Bad experience, the store is obviously still open, just wanted to get a new pair of shoes and have already decided on which design but staff refused to let us in.
