This place is awful. We arrived early in the afternoon on a Saturday, and were given a number (16). We were with friends, so we asked how long the wait would be. The staff was completely unhelpful and entirely refused to give us any idea. We waited for an hour and they had just called number 8, so we went away for another twenty minutes, and when we came back, they were at 19. So the manager gave us another number-- 32. We waited for over three hours to play two games of bowling. The worst part of the experience was the price. The system was unclear on the board, so we had our friend who speaks Chinese inquire about it. They told us that it was a certain price for one game, for all the people, NOT per person. They stressed that it was not per person. However, when we were finished, they said that it was. Needless to say, we were outraged. The alley is itself a mess-- there was a small selection of balls (as a girl, the lightest I could find was an 8). The lane broke down twice, so they finally changed us to another lane, which also broke down. We requested a free game or a discount or something for the long wait we had to undergo, but the manager was a real witch. I told her I would write a review of this sort online and she told me to go ahead, she didn't care, all she cares about is the money. Do not go bowling there. It is a waste of time and a tremendous waste of money.
