Clean, open, with announcements in English. Easy to see the platform entrances. As a foreign traveller I have to say staff were helpful and fairly patient (as long as you have all your documents ready), certainly a lot more patient than some UK railway stations I have used.

Huge. You need help finding the right platform by waiting at the right gate on time. Very important. It can take an hour finding it. There are eateries everywhere.
