Edit: I’m only reviewing the MUCROWN private two-seater theater. Haven’t tried the Titan or others. Pros: Great for a date, even if pricey by Taiwan standards. Wonderful experience, very private, excellent service and decent quality food and decent sized portions. Fully reclining chairs, storage for purses or bags, and one of those proximity chargers for your phone if yours is compatible with each seat. The fresh juices are quite nice, each order comes in a glass carafe, roughly three glasses worth per carafe or so. Popcorn is 200 but quite large, enough for the whole movie. If you buy the movie package with the $450 food voucher, if you have any money left over you didn’t spend they let you carry it over to the next time. Overall, excellent experience. Possible Cons: Audio is quite loud so those who have audio sensitivity may find it a bit overwhelming (although my girlfriend is one such person and she felt very little discomfort). The AC is strong, although you’re offered a blanket (which I recommend you take), those who get cold easily may wish to wear or bring an extra layer of clothing. Even if you don’t end up using them, you can stash them pretty easily in the side cabinet.

So like, as a foreigner attending a special event for the super Mario movie, I’m really disappointed in the blatant racism in the fact I was ignored. There was a tournament where they completely ignored foreigners because the host assumed we cannot speak Mandarin. I can in fact speak Mandarin and came here for a study abroad, but to be blatantly ignored by the host was very disheartening. If you sell tickets to foreign visitors, you should treat us equal. I feel like I was lied to on the advertising to play a video game before the movie, and have the chance to participate for a prize, both of which I did not do. 作為一個參加超級馬里奧電影特別活動的外國人，我對公然的種族歧視感到非常失望，因為我被忽視了。 有一場比賽，他們完全不理會外國人，因為主辦方認為我們不會說普通話。 其實我會說普通話來這裡留學，但被主人公然無視，非常令人沮喪。 如果你賣票給外國遊客，你應該平等對待我們。 我覺得我被廣告騙去在電影之前玩電子遊戲，並有機會參加獎品，這兩個我都沒有做過。

Attractive theater with a big screen and good sound. Seats are a bit close together and it is hard not to accidentally kick the seat in front (back row is the exception). Vinyl doesn't breathe like cloth seats do. But the big problem is that fire extinguishers are on the floor (steps) in both side aisles. Even in normal egress they are easy to trip over and, in a panicked exit, they would be disastrous. I can't believe that fire safety inspectors let that pass. Did the architects forget to design a nook for them? That's irresponsible. Are they there just to get an inspection that only counted how many to be later removed after the managers are confident that inspectors won't return? Whatever, this is inexcusable and has still not been corrected.

Bad customer service & sound so loud it hurts your ears. We had bought 4 tickets. Since my wife was arriving a bit late at the cinema, we asked the clerk at the ticket counter if we could deposit one of the tickets we had already paid for at this counter so that my wife could pick it up, when she arrived. Unfortunately, they just refused without giving a reason. When pushing for reason and after speaking to the manager, they spoke about not wanting to take the risk of loosing the ticket... In the end we had to hide the ticket in a corner in the cinema entrance hall. Next time maybe think about customer satisfaction before standard operating procedures. I definitely will not return to this cinema, there's many better ones in Taipei.

I love the experience watching a movie in a comfortable and elegant way It should be on your dating list! bring your partner here! don't just go to the standard seat cinema the service also 5 stars! they let u wait in the lounge while choosing your food u can choose 2 different flavors of the popcorn. while you're waiting in the lounge , they also give u a marchendise, it's really cute , but I didn't take it, but if you want it to be in your collection , just bring it home , the marchendise might be different every time. the seats are so comfortable, u can adjust the back , for your leg , and everything..

Wow Mucrown... an attendant brings you to your seat and offers you a sanitized blanket. The chairs fully recline...(bad if you sleep during movies), there is a cabinet for your stuff at each seat, you can charge your phone, you can call the attendant at anytime, there is a light you can turn on and since you are in a pod...the light doesn't really bother anyone else. Lots of food offerings. We got there late so we didn't get a chance to eat in the lounge. The service was exceptional.

4.5 stars. We’ve been to the regular theater here as well as the fancy one. The fancy one is an experience unlike any I’ve had. The food offered is good, but average. But the private pod seating with recliners is wonderful. That’s the best part. The regular theater is nothing too special, but the seats are comfy and there’s lots of space. Everything is very clean and new. Great all around! My only complaint is that the sound is a bit too loud.

The Titan theater in particular features razor-sharp screens that are conducive to catching actors’ micro-expressions. (I know cuz both times I was re-watching a movie I had enjoyed.) And to give you an idea of the theater’s stupendously good audio system: In La La Land, during the kitchen fire alarm scene, I almost felt that the theater’s own fire alarm had gone off.

It’s an really interesting way to enjoy movie while waiters and waitresses were serving food to us. The environment is really nice and the sofa is comfortable too. Oh he sound effects are also pretty enjoyable. The only problem is it’s too easy to get distracted if u order some food But still recommend everyone to give it a try on this luxury movie theater.

A13 probably has one of the slowest elevator in town and isn’t it a new building ? Waited for almost 15 mins to get up to the cinema fr ground floor, almost missed my show. The snack bar menu on screen is so small and high up for who to read? Disappointing for no tartar sauce for Fish&Chips but not even the basic ketchup for chips ?! It’s also over cooked

MU Crown is a fantastic cinema for watching a film and the service is really good. The food however is TERRIBLE. Our table’s choices lacked flavor and it was all awful value for money. I paid over 700 NT for the beef short rib and got 3 tiny pieces which turned out to be 3 very small bites. I would only go for the popcorn and drinks next time.

It's located in the Taipei 101 shopping complex behind the Apple store. It's actually between the Taipei 101 and Xiangshan stations on the Red line. Also accessible from the City Hall stop on the Blue line. The theatre had great sound and comfortable seating. The concession stand had a good amount of staff so the lines moved quickly.

Worst sound I have ever heard in a cinema. Don’t go here if you can’t read Chinese subtitles, because you won’t be able to hear what the actors are saying and you will leave with a horrible tinnitus. How is this sound level even legal? Clearly damaging your hearing.

I really enjoy this theater. It’s very accessible, clean, and new. The sound is great and I was pleased by the whole experience. The prices here are the same as the awful VieShow across the road, so definitely opt for this theater if the times work for you.

Whoever is in charge of audio needs to go into the theater with a decibel meter. The movie was so loud I had to put my headphones over my ears. It’s honestly painfully loud. No movie is worth damaging your ears over. Consider other theaters.

Worst website ever! It’s a lovely cinema, but the website kept crashing all weekend so we had to physically go to the cinema to buy tickets. The location isn’t very convenient either - as it’s deep inside a mall on the 10th floor.

We bought mucrown tickets and really enjoyed it! The seats are very comfortable, staff is excellent, and the food was great! It’s obviously more expensive than a regular ticket, but I think it’s worth it for the experience

Why cannot see any informations about the movies schedule on google maps like almost all the other cinemas and also there is absolutely no informations in English for such a big cinema company like this !

When I want to watch the latest movies, it's become a one-stop shop for me. I like the Titan and Mucrown type as well! That's really good. Without a doubt, I will be a repeat customer at this theater.

some say it's the most luxurious cinema in Taipei. I feel it's alright. Seats tend to be harder but still comfortable if your movies is 3hrs long. Not too bad but not the best in Asia.

Seats are comfy, sound, screen are good. Food choices are plenty but to get up to the actual cinema is a trip as it is located in the department store.

Top experience overall for MUCROWN The food is standard level of cafe but exceptional prestige service. Got very busy trying to eat and watch a movie.

We watched the Avatar movien in HFR 3D here and I only can say wow. Big screen, good sound system, clean and convenient. The staff is nice too
