One of the comfortable train station in Taiwan.. have family mart inside and a lot of chairs. I think 2-3 groups of chair inside when you go to north side. The photo I got here was outside the train station. It's quite helpful for those new in the city because black building was quite famous in the city. It's a land mark also just Infront of the station.

The rear side of Tainan train station, facing the road to the university campus and a department store. It is much smaller than the front side, but still has counter, ticket machine and public restrooms. There is a pick-up area for taxis or vehicles so that it is more convenient to pick up passengers here than the other side.

This railway station is steeped in history, a gateway to yesteryears that revives my childhood memories. It also stands as a testament to the architectural splendor of the past, inviting observers to admire its timeless beauty.

The entire station is not up to the standards of TRA. It's crowded, noisy, hot and all outdoors, and gives visitors a really poor impression of Tainan. The bathroom inside the station was particularly old, smelly, and dirty.

If this is just a stop and you leave straight away it's time. If you have to wait here for an extended period of time it's not great . It's dirty, crowded and a lot of construction work at time of writing.

We where going to Taichung, at the desk the ticket delay did not inform us that there were not seats and we had to travel standing. Tiring experience without being given alternative train options.

Ok ok station, toilets and nearby scooter/ bike rental available. Easy to find buses. Better to go to the underground road cross but it's a little dirty. Be careful.

The staff assigned in this station are very friendly. The renovations are almost done for the convenience of everyone.…...

I like historic places but there are some places that look like abandoned and there's always some construction in progress.

Easy to get to and instructions and stations are pretty helpful. Staff on site is helpful too.
