This place might be small, LOOKS dirty, but it's clean, and holds a strong Japanese atmosphere. The reason he serves slow is because he starts making the rice when you order it and it tastes really fresh. The soup is delicious and not too salty, the food is absolutely delicious! The man might look cold and unfriendly, but it's just because he is concentrated and very concerned about the cooking. He is super friendly and nice, and gives out candy to kids too, the kids there are really happy. Highly recommended!

定山渓の通り沿いにある天丼とえび天丼のみのお店です。ランチのお店が少ないので需要は多いと思います。 お味噌汁と小鉢も付いて、800円、1,000円は場所柄も考えると安いでしょうね。お味は、天ぷらは美味しいです。ただ、個人の好みかと思いますが、ご飯がアルデンテくらいの硬さだったのは、個人的にはマイナスポイントでした。 それと、店内が居住空間と繋がってる感じで、生活感ダダ漏れなのは、雰囲気採点で最低点になってしまいました… 旅行者カップルとかも来てますが、デート向きではないかと思います。

Local restaurant. No car park. They service 6-8seats. But it’s worth!! Reasonable price. At that day there are only 2menu, tempura and tempura with vegetable. Mellow & fresh dish. In dish I got 2shrimp,1fish,1squid,1potato,1seaweed.

ランチは天丼と海老天丼のみ。ちょうど山菜の季節だったため、近所で採れるなんとかという山菜を天ぷらとおひたしでいただきました。(初耳で覚えられなかった)カラリと揚がった天ぷらは全部とても美味しい！また別の季節に行けば食材も変わるのでまた利用したいです。テレビが付けっぱなしなのとカウンターにいろんな物が置いてあったので☆4つで。たくさんの人に訪れて食べてほしい天丼でした。
