I was the first in the queue, but the staff dealt with the customer at the counter for a long time. Next, I don’t know why the staff invited those behind me instead of me in the queue to the counter to be served. Let’s call this customer B. Then the staff handled customer B for a long long time. Eventually I had waited for 10 mins being the first person at the queue before I could tell a staff which movie I was up to. There were 4 staff and no one was buying snack or drinks. Very inefficient.

Nice place to watch movie. Your seat is so big and cozy that I can relax myself to watch movie. Very nice movie Cinema and worthy of recommendation.

12/23要從1樓搭電梯往B1影廳的電梯間整個就是廁所臭味很噁心耶，這是要向影城還是飯店反應? 都沒有工作人員聞到嗎?

從不知道還有這廳電影院，是今天看首爾之春才知道踩到地毯深軟、螢幕大、空間大、椅舒適，辦完卡後價每人約200元

二樓的影廳座位夠大，舒適，票價便宜，不夠販賣的食物及飲料都不便宜。
