Simple and easy way to get to the airport. The machine for ticket purchases can easily be operated. It shows the times for bus departure. Be sure you have checked with the airline or the airport to know which terminal your flight is since that will determine when the staff unload ur luggage. The only difficult part was to get there since umeda and osaka stations are like a maze, and I kept getting lost trying to get here.

Good option for heading to Kansai airport from Osaka Umeda area, near the Hankyu Sanban Gai. Can buy the bus ticket on the spot from the booth. The transport staff will tag your luggage according to the terminal you are heading, and upon arrival they’ll inspect luggage pickup according to tag. The only issue to watch is heavy traffic may add additional transport time, and there’re signs on traffic conditions.

The old man who was putting on luggage terminal tags was rude. Put the wrong tags for many customers and blaming customers for not telling him which terminal. If he actually asked properly, people wouldn't get the wrong tags, right? … もっと見る

Easy to access ( if you know what you are doing). Reasonably priced but do your research about ticketing and timetable because some staff have limited English conversation skill or better yet learn to speak basic Japanese.

Once you pass through the check in, the only food you will have access to is a small Starbucks that everyone else is lining up for too. Once you have your food or coffee, there's nowhere to sit in the entire terminal.

I took the 5.05am to KIX airport. Ticket booth only open at 4.45am. No need to come too early.

Very big place. Clear signage. I also love the small trams that take you to some of the gates.

待ち合い室が用意されていますが、利用者の数の割に小さく、また、コロナ禍ということもあり利用出来る席も減っているので、座れない人もおおかったですね。

関空、伊丹へ行くリムジンバス乗場にある待合室です。トイレが無いのが不便です。新阪急ホテルの1Fにあるトイレを利用するのが便利です。

Wi-Fi環境、空調設備が整っている。自動販売機があり夏場はクーラが利いていて快適休憩場としても使える快適トイレが無いのが残念。
