Due to historical reasons, this former church building was secularized in the late 1950s. Since then, it has been used as a factory, office, and storage facility at different times. Around the year 2000, the building became redundant. In 2018, private funding was invested in this severely deteriorated and by then redundant building. It took six years to repair and conserve the building, transforming it into an art center. This center is primarily dedicated to classical chamber orchestras, art exhibitions, seminars, and more.
