This was the first time I ever needed to visit an Australian Office whilst away from Australia. The security was tight as you might expect; but the service provided was friendly and efficient. No unnecessary frills.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Appointments need to be made in advance for passport renewal. Entering through the 1st floor can be confusing but the security are helpful and will guide you with what to do.

The Defacto embassy since Taiwan is not a country according to the world. So this is the Office. On the whole not very good service and probably a waste of time to visit but if it your last resort give it a try.

Clean, simple, safe. However with only 1 service window; do keep the entire day open to 1 simple task done at a time.

Friendly staff and professional service, but I have to say Australian service is pretty pricey.
