There's nothing special about visiting the museum, but it's nice to pass the time while baking pineapple pies. The museum is small, but it's okay because you can briefly experience Taiwanese culture. The class teacher explains in an easy way and checks the satisfaction. You can get a 50NT coupon per person, which you can use at the bakery on the 1st floor.

Even though I've lived in Taiwan for over 10 years, I've never actually tried making pineapple cake, so this was a pleasant experience. The process was simple and easy to follow, and the introduction to cultural Taiwanese background was interesting as well. Honestly, the handmade pineapple cakes taste better than the ones that are bought. :,) The fact that the staff spoke other languages were very helpful, and overall, it was fun. I'd definitely come back for another experience of baking this delicious dessert!

This was a very cute and tasty experience! We did the pineapple cake class with the option tea. They make the filling for you, so you just make the dough, portion it out, and then make the pineapple cakes themselves. The kitchen was very spacious and they had a little museum/interactive history portion to keep you (and the little ones) busy while the cakes baked. The extra treats with the tea were also very delicious. Definitely a worthwhile experience!

Came with my class and it was a very fun experience. Got to cream butter and make the shortcake portion of the pineapple cake. Afterwards folded in/wrapped the premade pineapple filling. Made a total of 10 cakes, one to eat immediately and a box of 9 to take home as a souvenir. Would definitely do again! And it was only 400ntd for a few hours activity. Very kid friendly, good date/tourist activity.

Unique experience at making your own pinnaple cake straight from factory. If you enjoy hands on and history of pinnaple cakes, it's a great place to bring your kids. 4th floor has a small museum of the factory. You also get to taste your own cake and drink tea. Booking in advance is highly recommended. Next to bakery is also a small shop area where you can buy various cookies and cakes for a gift.

We signed up for the pineapple cake class and they were very accommodating! The class was in both mandarin and English, and they had some cultural exhibits to browse while we waited for the pastries to bake. The fresh pineapple cakes were ok - not the best I’ve had but good enough. I prefer my cakes a little more moist and tart. The experience was well worth it and entertaining though!

My kids had a blast making pineapple cakes. The class is taught mainly in chinese but there the instructor also spoke some English so the kids were able to follow along listening to both languages. My 9 year old was able to do everything independently but the 7, 5, and 3 year old all needed some assistance. The experience includes a costume experience and a tour of the museum.

I came once with friends, and I also brought my mother here, and both times were fantastic. My mother doesn’t speak any Chinese, but the DIY and museum tour were given in multiple languages. The instruction was clear, and the outcome was delicious! The tour was a nice introduction to Taiwanese culture, too. Would definitely recommend!!

I came here for a DIY pineapple cake class, and it was amazing! I came with a group of about 10 people (reservation made ahead of time), and the woman who led our class was sweet and patient. She spoke Chinese, English, and Japanese, so it was very easy to follow along. It was such an amazing experience!

We had a great time with our kids (elementary ages). The experience was fun, and the cakes were very delicious! We got to explore fun traditional games and activities during the bake time. The staff were very kind and English-friendly as well! Highly recommend for adults and kids alike! :)

We have fun in this museum, kind of one of the best museums I ever visited. If you like cakes and cookies and want to learn something so that is the place you can come to visit. Only 2 hours you will learn something and it can make your day.

We had so much fun with this make your own pineapple cake experience! The pineapple cakes turned out so yummy and the kids were really proud of themselves. The short tour in the museum was also interactive and fun. I learned a lot! Everyone should try this out at least once!

Pretty fun little activity. They have some old school games in the waiting area so you won’t be bored if you get here early. The activity was straightforward and they were ready to help you every step of the way. The deserts look really nice after you pack them up.

The instructor showed the steps along the way and assistant was walking around to provide assistance too. Languages were spoken to accommodate each table (Korean, English etc). Overall very nice hands on lesson!
