I came here for the attestation of documents for my marriage papers... so you need original and photocopy of Birth Certificate, Relationship and Single Certificates and the copy of Nagarikta and Passport. If all your documents have the stamp of PARARASTRA MANTRALAYA CHAAP, the work is very fast. For one document attestation, you have to pay 6000 yen. So, I paid 18000 yen in total. With the stamp of embassy, now I can go to Kuyakusho 区役所 for 婚姻届. The work was very fast and very well behaving Nepali person. Thank you sir. And then, I also processed for the Renewal of passport, which needs online typed Application form ( 2 forms ) , copy of Nagarikta and Passport. For this also you have to pay 18000 yen, but it takes pretty long time .... 2 months. But, good to know the work will be done.... if you don’t want to go to Embassy to take your new passport , you can ask them to send you via post, like 着払い。。。 it was a pleasant feeling to have my work accomplished.... just collect all your documents as demanded, trust me ... the Nepal Embassy works fast too

This Embassy of Nepal is such a worthless They didn't do anything in timing as well as they don't know how to communicate the people their carelessness becomes difficult to another person who was already in troubled it is such a shameful to say the embassy of Nepal every time unsatisfied behavior they didn’t receive the call anymore also can’t connection the phone…Is this Embassyno one can understand Japanese language properly how they communicate the people how they manage such a rubbish thing

ネパールビザ取得のために、東横線学芸大学駅東口から徒歩で行きました。小さな店が立ち並ぶ商店街を抜けたT字路に目黒郵便局が有ります。郵便局前を左折し、そのまま歩き続けガソリンスタンドの脇道に入った突き当たりがネパール大使館です。時間にして15分くらい。高級住宅地の中の普通の一軒家ですから、うっかりすると見落とします。でも注意していれば、ネパール国旗がはためいているのに気付きます。10時オープンなので、玄関先で時間調整し、定時に中に入りました。直ぐ左にレセプションが有ります。必要書類とパスポートを提出し、申請がOKならば、受領の方法を決めます。直接受け取るのなら翌々日、私は書留郵便(420円)で送って貰いました。 水曜日に申請し、金曜日には受け取れました。「仕事が遅い 」等々、書き込みが有りましたが全くそんな事はありません。受け付けスタッフも親切でした。後から次第に混んで来ました。早めに行くのが得策です。

Visited the embassy to renew my passport. I mistakenly spoke one word in Japanese (3月) while interacting with Nepali employee and he got upset instantly and yelled at me. Very rude!! If you no longer remember how bad the services are at government offices in Nepal, give a visit to this place to recall. Embassy should be a place where citizens feel welcome, not a place they feel intimidated to visit.

電話は本当に出なくて，合計で50回以上かけました。 やっと繋がったと思ったら電話の対応が少し棘のあるように感じ「こんなに苦労して繋がったのにこれ？！」と思ってしまい印象はあまり良くなかったです。 その後、状況がかわったため再度確認がしたくかけるのも繋がらず…もう埒が開かないからと直接大使館に行きました。 そうするとネパール人と思われる男性が一人で小さな窓口で対応をしており、忙しそうでした。 実際に出てきてくださった日本人の方は丁寧に柔軟に対応してくださり、助かりました。 やはり忙しいと電話の対応も仕方ないのか…と思い、苛立ってしまったことに少し申し訳なく思いました。 電話に関しては本当に改善した方がいいですが、実際の対応は本当に助かりました。 近い方は電話するより直接行った方が話が早いとおもいます。

i agree that the call response is not good but i don't think the service of embassy is bad. i got my epassport delivered to my home address within 20 days. i took less than an hour to process my application and i dont feel any mess up at all. However, it's infra looks poor and not enough to serve 100k nepalese residing in japan.

At least Answering the calls will make us feel better, We face many problms and question to ask which we want somebody's help but no, Embassy Of Nepal shameless. Change this types of irresponsible work. If you can't, then i think closed the office then return back to Nepal.

Nation pride ! Actually most of all are higher rank Nepalese officers in embassy. They never pickup the call. Rest of officers are not native Nepalese speakers, so it's difficut to communicate with callers. It’s very difficult to make an appointment through online for passport renewal.I think it,s better to change the system that applicants can fill the forms directly by visiting the Office. Plz, provide good services for the clients. Everyone is upset for the current services…

I should give 5 stars because the Embassy prepared the travel document for me within 10 minutes which was beyond my expectation considering the Government working system in Nepal. Thank you Embassy for your swift service. Hope everyone gets timely and effective service.

ネパール大使館にビザの申請に目黒駅から歩いてきました。遠かった。 帰りはバスで恵比寿の友人がしている居酒屋寅によって昼飯を食べた。 ネパール大使館は一般の家の作りで日本人が2人働いていた。 時間厳守で開くのを待って中に入って申請して1週間後に取りに来る。郵送で送って貰えばよかったと後で気がついた。 9月にネパールに行き小型飛行機で3度目にエベレスト山が見えて感動した❣️

私の場合、午前中にツーリストビザを申請した翌日には、レターパックでパスポート（ビザ付）が返送されてきました。（ビザ申請時に返送用封筒としてレターパックを提出） 申請当日の午後に、レターパックを発送いただいたようです。 毎回、ここまで迅速にビザ発給の対応をいただけるか不明ですが、御参考まで。

武蔵小山駅からゆっくり歩いて15分。マップがないと辿り着けない。国旗が掲揚されているので大使館とわかるが、普通の民家。受付のおねえさんはきちんとした応対をなさる日本人でしたが、電話が鳴っていても、出る様子はなかった。役回りが違うのかな?気にはなる。
