The best and the most beautiful Hanok Village in Seoul, away from the crowded city center of Seoul. It is located at the base of Bukhansan mountain range. It is very highly recommended The shops are a bit pricey but there are not many food and drink shops around, except touristy prices. If you are on the budget, then utilize "Nice to CU" shop for quick ramen, coffee, wate, and snacks. There is a boardwalk on the east wing on the villag, which is ver, very charming and away from the tourists. Locals use that route. Unlike other Hanok villages in Seoul, this one is nore tranquil, plus you can trek the mountains and visit few temples as well. You will not find a better picturesque scenery as this hanok village!!! It is a must visit.

The Eungpyeong Hanol Village Why only Bukchon Hanok Village even though there is Eungpyeong Hanok Village? Eunpyeong is home to a beautiful and less tourist Hanok village. It’s good to enjoy some quiet time, walks, and there are some great cafes to check out here too as well as walking paths to nearby temples, along with clean streams, and up into the mountain.

I prefer this place more than Bukchon Hanok Village. The street is wide and not too crowded but not that many hanbok store for tourists renting hanbok. There are some coffee shops inside the village for you to enjoy coffee and the view. If you walk straight up inside, you’ll see a pagoda with beautiful architecture.

너무 상업적이지도 않고 너무 멀지도 않은 곳에 있는 방문하기 좋은 장소입니다. 아직 4계절중 가을에만 방문해 보았지만 가을 방문에는 곳곳에 있는 코스모스가 사진을 찍게 만듭니다. 매장 한군데서 식탁보와 실로만든 공기세트를 구입했습니다. 식탁보야 부모님드리려고 했고 공기는 색이 이뻐서 장식하려고 구입했네요. 마을내에 편의점도 있고 카페도 여러군데 있고 공영 주차장 건너편에 화장실도 마련되어 있어서 방문하거 좋습니다.

Beautiful houses with unique korean style. The place is very silent and peaceful. Not much activity seen in the neighborhood, despite of its antique and village looking houses, the facilities for the neighborhood are still modern.

There's a beautiful temple at the end of the village ( near Bukhansan trail area ) and the streets are beautiful. Go there early in the morning so you can explore many photos spot across the moutain.

A quiet and spacious space, if you go early you will have beautiful photos. The architecture here is more beautiful than Bukchon Hanok Village

멋진 한옥이 많이 있어서 좋았어요. 한국의 전통 가옥을 지키고 보존해야 합니다. 타임머신 타고 과거로 간 기분이었어요. 날씨가 좀 흐린 날에 가서 하늘이 파랗지는 않았어요. 어쨌든 꼭 가 보세요. 하지만 실제로 사람이 살고 있어서 조용해야 합니다.

Good to walk around the well arranged Korean traditional housings. There is Bukhansan mountain nearby. Many trailing routes. Easy walk. 자세히

전주 한옥마을에 온느낌입니다. 사업적인 느낌보다 개인주택이 많은듯. 조용하고 산책하기 좋아요. 멀리 보이는 북한산이 멋집니다. 크게 놀거리는 많지 않아요.

가을에는 단풍든 북한산과 코스모스 꽃밭도 보고 잠시 들러가기 좋은곳. 먹을곳이 많이도 않고 뷰 좋은 카페는 거의 독점인데 대기는 필수다.... 굳이 찾아올 필요는 없고 지나가는 길이라면 추천.
