I was in need of an embroidery service and unfortunately at very last minute for reasons out of my control. I searched all around San Antonio for someone who could get it done in a timely manner. Everyone was quoting 2 weeks and if it wasn’t 2 weeks it was a pricy penny to spend and even then it was a weeks time at the least. Then I stumbled across this shop, for starters they are extremely friendly! I’m the type of person to treat people the way I want to be treated and the staff here seems to absolutely match that mentality and even if they were to be treated wrong I can tell they would still treat you properly because they, as well, regardless treat people the way they want to be treated. Besides that point my uniform I need patches on for my graduation were put on perfectly! I was very impressed with the work put in and I was quoted same day to 2 days for the turn around time. I was blessed and got my uniform back within hours and no flaws, they were even so nice to even press it for me and I didn’t even ask for that! On top of the great service, them going out of their way to go the extra mile, and the friendly atmosphere they offer other awesome items. The gun store, boot shinning, and a barber in shop!? C’mon now. That’s pretty cool. In my personal opinion if you’re PD, FD or just someone just looking to see if my review is legit go stop by. You won’t regret it. The bad reviews are the same type of people who do not get their way and decide to act like a child, by that I mean they are being completely unreasonable and wanting to spread their hate across platforms. Ignore those reviews, this place is awesome and I will surely be returning sometime soon! I'll be trying out their barber next time and i'm sure i'll have a go to place from now on. I happen to be driving by a few weeks ago and I saw the barber sign. The shop located on Frio Street is close to my office. I needed to get a haircut before leaving town so I decided I would try it. I absolutely got one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time and the price was only $20 I have paid much more than that for a lot less service in a haircut. This shop caters to Police however the public can go in as well it is a very cool gun shop what a great way to wait for the barber to get finished with another client. Guns, holsters, Black rifle coffee, cleaning kits, and more just a really cool shop any gun enthusiast should definitely check out!

Went into the store with a friend for him to pick up his gun, the older of the 2 employees was very helpful. Greeted us, got us in and out as quickly as possible. During our waiting period, we were having a conversation, and i guess the younger of the 2 employees didnt like us talking over his soap opera, so he decides to turn it up to drown us out, was so loud it was echoing through the store. Absolutely rude behavior by the employee. The only reason i didnt give this a 1 star is because of the gentleman who actually helped us in the store. The other one needs to watch TV on his own time and not while customers are in the store. Very unprofessional!

I was having trouble with my AR and loosening the stubborn castle nut to replace my end plate. Long story short I called several places they either said 2 days turn around or they don’t do smithing until the weekend which was shocking because it’s just a castle nut. Found these guys and they did it in like 2-5 mins. Everyone was friendly, everyone was asking if I had been helped while I waited. Where can you get that type of customer service ??? Hardly anywhere. The price was crazy fair compared to other shops. All N all this place is a great business. Highly recommend this place for weapon needs. Buying, fixing, cans, parts, help you name it.

A very nice store focused on the customer. I had several questions about buying my first gun and they answered every one of them like I was a real person instead of an object, which is a rare thing today. I settled on a gun that was right for me and while waiting on my background check to complete I met Ernest, the inhouse leather craftsman, I ended up with a new gun as well as custom holster that I like as much as my gun and both fit perfectly. It's not easy to find a place now where customers aren't just treated like a number but these are good people and I highly recommend them.

It's okay to look at someone and then continue to mind your own business but being stared down is not cool at all definitely felt discriminated against while shopping with my son at this place. Also I asked to see and hold a firearm and was rejected upon my request. She said it wasn't for sell, if it isn't for sell than why have it hanging with the other firearms that are for sell. If you don't want black people money just say that.. Its 2023 minorities have second amendment rights too! Its not only for Caucasian people anymore please get it together

Great staff who are always willing to give a helping hand. They answer most of my questions or will direct me to the right direction. Store is clean and the barber is great. The gentalmen in the front is very knowledgeable and helpful, the other older gentleman who makes custom lether holsters does excellent work as well. Not to mention Mrs Gloria who does Amazing work regarding embroidery and sewing this is my go to place for uniforms as there customer service is great and there timing is impeccable. Thank you guys!

Love this place! I bring all my uniforms here for embroidery and patch work. The staff is always nice, offers to help and asks if I need anything (i like the customer service unlike some of the other reviewers), and my shirts are ALWAYS done early. Today I was quoted 48 hours and they had em done in less than 4 for better prices than anywhere else in town! Edit: wanted to add that Gloria did amazing work today and was super friendly in communicating about the shirts!

I just left there about 20 minutes ago. Every employee in the store asked me did I need help in about a 2 minute time frame, it's only about a 1000sq ft store to begin with, and it's not like they have a ton of inventory. The guy on the phone even got off the phone to ask if I needed help with an employee standing right in front of me. What's you alls problem? If you don't like Black 40+year old retired disabled veterans, just put a sign on the door stating that.

Hands down the BEST place for embroidery and sewing needs- turnaround time was 1-2 days!!! All other places in San Antonio had weeks to a month turnaround times. Not only is the turnaround time speedy, they will keep communication with you to let you know when your order is complete and ready for pickup. Definitely my go to place from now on- everyone at the store worked hard to ensure I had the uniforms I needed before the start of my shift in just days.

Their embroidery and sewing staff is absolutely amazing! They never fail to fix or help me with anything I need. They are supper fast, and have texted me on multiple occasions 30 mins - hour that my order is already done. If not they’ll usually take 1-2 days to have it done. Definitely use them over any other place, even if I buy things from Nardis, I’d bring my stuff here rather than waiting 6-8 business days over there.

Staff are lazy they kept telling me my package had sent back the calls me later to say I owe 30 $and they won't send my package back I took them the shipping label and they Still won't send its bee 3 weeks they been giving me the run around and now I owe 30 this store is trash So now I think they just gonna keep my item which cost 124$ nothing compared to 30$

I've had 2 firearms shipped here and they have greeted me very cold both times. Old man at the counter is lazy and only caters to first responders. Also when I asked to keep my palmetto stickers the kid told me no...when in reality I know the stickers came out of my order. I'll continue to use this place as an ffl dealer until my ffl gets back on his feet.

Meaghon did my hair and I loved it. She was awesome, polite and sweet. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. These ladies are amazing. I will definitely go back to her again.

If you don't know much about guns, this is the place to go. Randy was very patient and answered all my questions and showed me the different items they had that might work for me. Dee is also extremely knowledgeable and can guide and answer your questions.

Used for FFL transfer and loved the shop. Very helpful staff. Love the LEO community and the BRCC. Shipment arrived in the morning and was processed and ready for pickup that same evening, sometimes I've seen this take a week for other shops. Thank you!

Man, I went in today and was helped by Mis.Patty. She was so friendly and helpful. After going to Nardis and getting a subpar experience, I am so happy I went with Ten West instead. I will definitely be coming back for more of my gear and uniforms.

I needed some patches sewn on my American Legion vest. I dropped the vest and patches (6) off at almost 10pm on a Monday night and the task was completed by 1130pm. Amazing. They have extended hours and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Fast, professional service. Transfer a 1911 come from out of state and I am out after 15 minutes due to NICS systems hiccups(typical). Clear store, would recommend people bring more business to these guys. I will transfer more gun in the future.

I tell you what, I rolled up in there and dropped a bunch of skrilla on some elbeco gear. Had to get some bling bling sewed on them joints. They slippin me a text like a couple hours later talkin bout they already done. Funky fresh

Went in on 04/26/23 to inquire about embroidery for a couple shirts. I was told that it would take 48 hours. Received a message this morning (04/27/23) at 1121 hours that they were ready. The shirts looked good too. Thanks a bunch!

I purchased a jacket and asked for embroidery work to be done. Within 3 hours of my purchase, I was contacted and advised that my jacket was ready. The embroidery looked great and you can see the quality!!

$15 first responder / active duty military discounted FFL transfer fee for pistol and long gun, $75 for NFA items. Very knowledgeable and friendly over the phone.
