Parked here a few times, and all but the last were a good experience. We've gone to a concert recently and pre-paid a flat fee for the event. Cost was half than what Soldier Field and other parking lots were charging. But we needed to leave the concert a little earlier because we realized that the event parking had a 11:30pm limit on it. We did get out of parking spot about 11:25pm, but didn't get through the gate till 11:32pm, which charged us $8.00 extra for the 2-minutes we've stayed. After some calling to various LAZ representatives, I managed to get the $8.00 refunded, but I'm giving them 4 stars because the trouble I had to go to. I've told management that for concerts/events, they shouldn't cap the parking from 8:00am to 11:30pm, rather more like 5pm to 1:30am so that people aren't rushed. They said they would review that with the owners, so we'll see what happens in the future. Either way, it was nice to pay less for a venue and have a 15-minute walk to Solider Field.

This parking garage was not a pleasant experience. First the VERY STEEP driveway going in and exiting was ridiculous. I can't imagine getting up there during the winter. Then as u reach the top of the driveway you have to make a sharp right to get or scan your parking pass and since I drive a SUV I had to do 3 point turn to scan in. I parked in a unmarked spot but if any other cars park next to you it's going to be tight squeeze. As for exiting the garage there are 2 lanes to scan out but those to are difficult to get your vehicle through. But the reason that I rate it a 1 star is because I paid in advance for a pass and still had to pay an additional $13 dollars to exit.

We paid in advance for a space for the Bears game …and AGAIN after pulling in (over an hour early)we find there are no available spots. It’s very disappointing and sickening that you oversell spaces and know perfectly well people are left in a bad situation without parking! How horrible for you to be so dishonest and take people’s money without caring. And it’s not even the money- it’s the fact that we get downtown for the game and NOW HAVE NOWHERE TO PARK after being promised a space. I wish we could give you ZERO stars.

I had the worst experience, the machine didn't read my ticket reservation to me. The assistance that helped me treated me badly and she yelled at me without having a fair reason. She didn’t have no manners to attend to nor the respect and patience I don't want to go back because of the poor attention of the ticket assistance. They should place people who respect the user It was to my birthday

By far the cheapest parking garage in the area. Safe area and walking distance to the lake, Shedd Aquarium, Planetarium, Soldier Field and Northerly Island. Getting in and out of the garage is a tad nerve-wracking. The ramp is VERY steep. Definitely not for timid drivers or those driving a car that is on the verge of stalling out.

Parked there for the Bears game. 20ish min walk to Soldier Field. Easy to find. Reasonable cost. Be aware of the very steep incline to enter and exit the lot. I don’t know if I missed this or if this was not detailed in the booking. Our car barely made it up and because of a back-up, we had to wait on the incline and it was scary.

Been locked from leaving multiple times. Some of the parking assistants are rude and aggressive, no matter what you say. They will leave you waiting for help for an indefinite amount of time. You can press the button and get no help, or get a new attendant who will let you out right away with no problem, it's completely random.

Close to our hotel downtown. The ramp in/out can be intimidating. I would not recommend trying to get in here with a bigger vehicle. I was driving a Sorento and it was a challenge. Price seemed fair for covered parking.

Chicago public library, a must visit for anyone! It's built for legends of Chicago, what a monument extravaganza!
