Regrettably, I found little satisfaction in my dining experience, and to my dismay, I was charged after indicating my intention to partake in the buffet. The most noteworthy item on the menu was the juice, albeit of mediocre quality. In retrospect, I would have been better served by exploring alternative dining options in the vicinity, which likely offer superior food at more reasonable prices. While my interactions with the server were pleasant on the occasion I encountered them, the overall dining ambiance felt reminiscent of a hotel lobby.

I don't think I have ever had a bad experience here at this restaurant. We stopped in for lunch on a Thursday and were surprised to hear that they had a themed buffet and it was Asian that day so we of course opted in for that instead of the regular lunch menu. The Asian buffet consisted of ramen, white rice, shrimp lo mein, fried rice, salad bar and a hibachi station with its own chef! Even the drink is included in the $20.99 buffet. Everything was delicious and I mean, I would do it again. I believe they have different themed buffets each Thursday and I just got lucky that it happened to be Asian that day. We've also had our company Christmas parties here and had many tastings and were always wow'd by the food. Their breakfast buffet is to die for as well. I mean, it's great food. Hostess and staff were just great. No complaints here and I'm definitely coming back!

As with other reviews of this restaurant, it seems their service is the weak link. The food is really very good. Nothing we ordered in the 2 times we went was not good. The sliders and the steak and salads were all well executed. Food alone would be 5 stars. However the service is holding this location back. While not unfriendly, there was a lack of professionalism. Language was a barrier for some of the servers and they seemed to lack some basic skills. Not removing dirty plates. Not offering the daily special or soup. Just a lot of little things that take away from the overall experience. That said, you could definitely do worse for dinner in downtown.

I brought my husband, his daughter and her 2 USF college roommates, we were greeted by a very uninviting welcome committee. We were sat and waited several minutes to be greeted by another very unwelcoming server. ( She made us seem like we were a bother to her. Our dinner, appetizers and soup were amazing but service was terrible. We were looking forward to a great experience but the service left us unsatisfied. For the understandable price of the delicious meal, we were hoping for matchable service. We hope the establishment recognizes the flaw and corrects them for future customers.

While trying to order a drink for the pool (pool bar for some reason was not open.) the bartender 5 floors away was rude and extremely annoyed by doing his job of making drinks which took forever, because he took one drink order at a time and apparently had zero drink making supplies AT THE BAR, and went to the back to make every drink, including a cup of ice... later I went down stairs to order dinner, and there were only full tables and many dirty tables, so tried to order a Togo order from my room, and no one ever answered the phone.

Wonderful staff, a beautiful view with windows facing into the streets, and a nice atmosphere. I have a gluten allergy and the staff was not very knowledgeable about keeping my food safe for me to eat. If you are eating gluten free or have celiac disease I would not recommend taking the risk and eating here.

We absolutely love this little gemnestled right in the heart of downtown. This is not your typical hotel food. We're locals and we walk to this restaurant regularly to indulge in the loaded beer cheese fries and delicious drinks. The service is always spectacular, the food delicious, and we have never had to wait. The decor is beautiful. If you arent in a rush, go out on the back patio after dinner and enjoy the firepit and fountains while you have a drink.

Note to diners...the actual restaurant is closed during the week only open for lunch & breakfast however the bar area has the full menu. Mason was an excellent server with spot on recommendations. The steak was outstanding and the Caesar Salad and Tomato/Mozzarella salad were equally delicious. The bar area is nice and can accommodate a large group but it can get loud because it is in a smaller space.

I ate here twice last weekend and everything was great. "The Burger" was excellent and hit the spot. Today, a week later, I walk in and am quickly greeted by Ronnie, who not only remembered me by name, but asked if I wanted another medium well cooked burger. He also insisted that we order from a table rather than from the bar. Ronnie's methods of elevating his customers experiences makes him a huge asset to this organization.

Freidnly staff but the food is trash. Please save your money and get food from McDonald's. The choclate cake was cold and kind of hard for $14. I could of got better quality from Dollar tree. For $5 I got a sippie cup of apple juice and some over fried stale fries to go with my $18 cold burger. $45 for trash including tax and tip. I could of spent $9 at McDonald's and got better quality and a larger quantity.

Nice atmosphere. Limited options/availability. Short staffed for breakfast and dinner. Might just be hit hard by pandemic. Now they are doing boxed breakfasts for gold/diamond members. I recommend pass on these. The executive lounge upgrade did allow access to get free bottled water/soda / selection of fruits. That was nice but I'm not sure that by itself gives gold/diamond status value.

Took my wife there for Valentines/Anniversary dinner, the manager was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. With that being said, the wait staff acted as if they were miserable and for the outrageous price we were charged, the food was mediocre! Could have gotten a better meal from Taco Bell! P.S. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe and very violent diarrhea!

We were staying on the 16th floor in an upgraded room so the breakfast buffet was included in our hotel stay. The food itself was good and the wait staff were friendly and prompt but when I saw what we would have paid (if it weren't included) I was quite surprised. The breakfast buffet would have been $38 dollars for two people! The food was good but definitely not THAT good.

Order: New York Steak, Merlot, Crème Brûlée Cheesecake and cappuccino. (55$ +tx) Pros: Excellent service. Fresh food. Good presentation and perfect vegetables. Cons: Wine was good, but too warm. The sauce topping for the steak was slightly too salty. The crème Brûlé Cheesecake didn't had the "Brûlé" crispy crust expected. Overall: Good diner experience.

My wife and I had breakfast here during our hotel stay. The buffet was okay. The ready-to-order eggs were okay, but the bacon was a little cold and had a slightly refrigerated taste. However, overall, the experience was okay. I would recommend eating here if you have the time.

Was staying at the Hilton, came down for breakfast. Food was your standard hotel breakfast options. They do have an a la Carter menu to choose from, I opted for the buffet. Buffet was limited. Can get eggs cooked to order. Service was very good.

Good option for breakfast if you're staying at the Hilton Downtown Tampa. It has a buffet type of breakfast with different stations and good options to have. Everything it's nice and clean and the servers are very good.
