Overall pretty secure location. Always a security person on duty. However, whoever actually owns and operates the facility is never there. One kiosk doesn't detect my truck and the other sometimes is unresponsive. But if you happen to not have money on your card when you need to pay, they make absolutely zero accomodations to take cash. They expect you to walk an hour through Atlanta to a gas station to get a whole new card, then return to pay. And there is even a machine for processing cash IN the lobby. They just cant be bothered to use it. So, four stars off for owners being completely uninterested in providing even the slightest bit of service.

The most convenient self parking option if staying at the Marriott Marquis next door however their pricing policy is deceptive and not customer friendly. The daily max rate is $18 but they automatically charge a new day starting at 6am. I stayed there less than 12 hours and ended up paying $34 since I left at 8:30am (“1 day” plus 2.5 hrs)

Always have to have the pot roast and their freshly baked rolls the fried chicken is always delicious and the piece sizes are huge also the server was super friendly and kept our drinks coming .
