Friendliest staff in the trade, been using them for a few years and always consistent and on time. The staff makes this laundry worth using, despite working in an extremely small, cramped and what must be uncomfortable space. The owners recently changed this outlet into a coin operated laudromat store, which takes up about a third of the shop space...(instead of renting a dedicated space for this.) Counter and drop off space has also been compromised.

Brilliant service!! I used the drop off service before and your ladies always went the extra mile. Knowing their customers by name. Extremely friendly and professional. Loving the new self-service! I feel safe...The laundry is situated perfectly!! Having coins available for the machines would place them in a 5 star category. Also some chairs for your customers.... That is not falling apart

The facilities are very clean and neat. Pricing is a bit expensive and the dryers only gives you 45 minutes at a time which is not enough for drying a big load even though the machines capacity allows for it. There where only 2 chairs to sit on and wait for your laundry and one was broken. That would be a issue if the laundromat was busy as it has 6 washing machines and 6 dryers.

Last week we took a load as we always do. However It came back ripped brand new cloths getting it’s first wash. Good quality items, it’s unbelievable... to top it all off, my husbands shirts and t-shirts came back shrunk ! We’ve been using this services for 2 years, it’s not the first time something like this happens.

Safe and convenient self service. All they need now is a cooffee/hot chocolate machine. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly during normal operating times. Great to have a self service laundry close by , saving time and inconvenience.

Fantastic laundry service! Friendly staff, self service available, and drop off is usually timely but sometimes the staff in charge of opening collections on weekends is late and that is unacceptable so changed from 5star to 3star

After hours if you have any issues with card payment process there is no one to assist you. I tapped twice, the funds came off and the machine did not work.

No coins for the self service. No one just walks around with R100 worth of coins. Come on guys..just empty your machines and reuse the coins. Its not hard.

The ladies working there are always friendly and always greatful to help. I love chating with them, always a smile and happy faces. They make my day.

Used the tumble drier. Paid R24 for 20 minutes and my bundle was dry. Machines work well and payment system very convenient. Definitely recommended.
