This was not a good experience at all. As first time users, we stood there with many people walking around not telling us what to do and where to go. We had to fo around looking for information on rating, process etc. which we didnt get from one of the employees. He directed us to the team leader I suppose, and this after we called him over and over. When we go to the team leader, she was uninterested in helping us. She simply said it's R60, you can get in line, we asked so many questions which she could have avoided by simply volunteering the information. The wash was also not thorough, simple things like bird poop were still on the car, when I showed him, he seems a bit okay to clean those parts before payment but when we left he gave me a look that could kill. Overall, a no from me. I think they have a lot of customers and have become complacent.

I tried them for the first time from a referral but their service was disappointing. The dashboard was ashy and still dusty, steering wheel stained and not polished, door handles with grey dried water marks. Door pockets still dirty with dirt, old toothpicks still there, dashboard knobs not touched at all, rear view mirror also not touched at all, not wiped at all. Windows, rear and front with dried water marks, gear area still dusty. I am not happy at all. The only clean part was the shiny wheels. Not going there again.

Very convenient think for the best service l think it's best to go during normal hours when it's not to hectic . Guys were under serious pressure but we were attended to in less than 30mins found 6 cars waiting in front of me . The guys tried but it could have been better . Will give them another shot .

The place is usual efficient but on this particular day, they had load shedding and were washing by hand. Took ages to wash each car, spent nearly 2 hours there, it's the middle of the night, had work the next day. Was just a very unpleasant experience. Might want to invest in a generator.

By far the worst carwash I ever came across. The guys dont even remove your carpets before vacuuming. The dont use any polish on your dashboard. They dont even put airfreshner after cleaning. They dont even silicone your bumpers. They say it attracts dirt. Pathetic service.

Their service sucks I've been here more than 3 times and the experience I had with the guys is digusting,the guys don't handles cars with care,they are rude,they bang Ur doors like U borrowed money to buy Ur car from them.i am not happy with these ppl 's service.

When it comes to a shift change they seem to slower that the usually... They have their own conversation. They also need to learn to clean windows properly and they have wipe marks after the car has been washed. Appreciate that it's a 24 hour availability

Washed my car by myself as they always make short cuts to cleaning the exterior properly, they made me pay the full amount even though they only vacuumed the interior and washed the mats. Over and above that they couldn't give me a receipt for it.

Worse carwash ever. These guys have no experience in washing cars. Uses same sponge and bucket to wash rims and body, and washing it on the same time. They need serious training. Stay away. They will fuxk up your car

Absolutely love this car wash as I can get my car washed there at anytime of the day or night... They pay attention to detail when cleaning the interior and they work quite fast. The price is also very reasonable.

This really is the only 24hr car wash in the North Western suburbs. Be warned though, if you wait to have your car cleaned on a Sunday evening, you're probably going to wait in line for over an hour.

Convenient and one of the cheaper car washes in JHB. Buy, keep your gadgets and wallets in sight and on you at all times. The scum of Windsor are always lurking and prowling. Walahla wasala in tears.

Long queues when busy is acceptable. But to wait a long time on a not so busy day is really unacceptable. The people are friendly making up for any inconvenience...car was spotless

One of the moderately decent car wash outlets in Randburg, except the occasional theft of minor stuff in the car. Probably the only 24hr service car wash in the whole area.

The guys do a good job at this car wash. I prefer to go whenever it is empty, so to my car wash nicely and without being rushed. Affordable and a loyal patron for years.

This is by far the slowest car wash. They have literally limited Staff that clearly don't give two craps around time. Wouldn't advise anyone to use this service.

It's quick and available 24/7/365. I wish they'd clean more thoroughly inside though. I did a check after and had to ask the guys to clean areas they'd missed.

After waiting for hours...my car has a two toned bumber and my windows were not cleaned...I would never recommend this place. If you can use another car wash

The staff were friendly and the job was done quickly. I had a body wash and vaccuum. Very professional and easy to get to. I'd definitely go there again.

Prices are really affordable for the amount of effort staff put into cleaning your car. I took my bakkie at 6am and they were more than willing to help.
